Article One: Introduction:
Welcome to eCopon website and application. 
These Terms and Conditions define your use and access to eCopon’s website, including all pages, links, tools, and features. Your use of the site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which include all of the details below and confirms your commitment to follow with the terms of this agreement related to eCopon, which is a subsidiary of Smart Match for IT LLC, the deloper and exlusive agent for its services, and which is referred to herein as “we, us, our, and between us”, and also referred to as “eCopon”, and “the site”.  In connection with your use of the site, these Terms and Conditions are referred to as “the Terms and Conditions”, and this agreement is considered to be in effect upon your acceptance of it and upon your registration of an account with us.
Definitions:
Smart Match for IT LLC offers eCopon, a free service that includes competitions, vouchers, and loyalty programs, through its website (www.e-copon.com) and its applications for IOS and Android. The eCopon system serves as the link between the system’s membership companies and the system’s end users.  It owes no legal or moral duty to any user in the case of fraud in the delivery of services specified by the companies to the end user.
Article Two:
Eligibility for Membership:
The website only accepts members over 18, and has the right to deactivate accounts under 18 without warning and settle financial accounts promptly upon closure. If an individual’s membership with eCopon is terminated, they are not permitted to utilize the website or application. If a user registers as an establishment or corporate company, they agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Any agreement between us and the person or company have legal force and must follow the terms and conditions indicated in the agreement. Users of the eCopon website or application must follow all applicable e-Commerce regulations (the “eCommerce System”). Users, commercial establishments, charities, and nonprofits cannot open multiple accounts in the eCopon system using the same email address or mobile number.  The website’s administration owns the right to block any account that violate this rule, as well as to cancel any or all of these accounts, without incurring any liability on the part of the website, eCopon, or Smart Match for IT LLC. We allow companies, charities, and nonprofits to open several accounts, but only with a marketing agreement.
Article Three:
Accounts and Registration Obligations:
When you submit a registration application to become a member of the website, you’ll be required to provide certain information and choose a username and password for logging in.  Once your account is activated, you’ll be considered a member and will have agreed to the following:
Maintaining Confidentiality:
You’re responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential.  You also need to specify who id authorized to access and use your account on the website.
Reporting Unauthorized Use:
You must notify the website or eCopon immediately if there’s any unauthorized use of your login, account, or a hacking attempt of your confidential information.
Liability for Unauthorized Use: 
If you fail to report unauthorized use or a hacking attempt, the website and eCopon are not responsible for any direct, indirect, financial, or moral losses resulting from the disclosure of your login or password.
Responsible Use: 
You are responsible for acting in serious and sincere manner while using the eCopon website and application. You are also required to compensate eCopon for any direct or indirect losses caused by your: Violation of these terms and conditions. Actions that cause harm to the eCopon website and application, or Smart Match for IT LLC. The distribution of illegal, harmful, inaccurate, or rude content.
Providing Accurate Information: 
You commit to submit true, accurate, up-t-date and complete information about yourself when filling out the registration form for the eCopon website and application.
Username Restrictions: 
Your username cannot contain any of your contact information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, or personal information, or the word “eCopon”.
Real Name Usage: 
Your name must match the name that appears on your official identification.
No Symbols or Images: 
Your name must not include any symbols, forms, or images, either whole or in part.
Incomplete Registration Suspension: 
If you do not complete the registration process correctly, your membership will be suspended, and you will be unable to participate in any draw until you do.
Information Security: 
eCopon is committed to keep your personal information strictly confidential.
Maintaining Accurate Registration Data: 
You are responsible for maintaining and updating your registration information to ensure that it is correct, up-to-date, and complete.  If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, eCopon reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your membership and account on the system, without partiality to capon's other rights or legal means of recovering its rights.
Providing Information Upon Request: 
The user agrees to provide eCopon with any information and/or document request immediately.
Investigations and Additional Information: 
eCopon reserves the right at any time too perform any investigations it considers necessary (directly or through a third party) and to seek further information or documents of any size to verify your identification and/or ownership of your financial items.
More Information for Companies: 
If the applicant for registration represents a commercial establishment or company, and/or documents confirming the responsibility of any person acting on your behalf.
Consequences of Non-Compliance: 
If you do not comply with any of the above, eCopon Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership and limit your access to the system.  We also reserve the right to deactivate any unverified or unconfirmed accounts, as well as those that have been inactive for a long period of time.
Article Four:
Electronic Communications: 
Electronic Communications Agreement:
The member acknowledges and agrees that communication with him/her will take place electronically, either via email or through the display of promotional ads on the system. The member also acknowledges that all agreements, announcements, statements, and other communications supplied to him /her electronically are similar to their printed equivalents for the purpose of completing legal requirements.
Promotional Emails:
During the period of your subscription, eCopon will send you promotional emails informing you of any new modifications, procedures, or promotional activities added to the system.
Opting Out of Promotional Emails: 
As a member, you have the ability to confirm that you do not want to receive promotional communications.  To unsubscribe from getting such communications, click on the “Unsubscribe from Promotional Emails” link at the bottom of promotional emails and ads.
Article Five: Intellectual Property:
eCopon, Smart Match for IT LLC, and its licensors own the system and its contents, including text, software, graphics, pictures, logos, and trademarks.  You are not granted any rights to the system’s intellectual property, other than the ability to access and use it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Article Six:
Payments for Purchases on eCopon:
Payment Options:
Online Payment:
Purchases can be made online using eCopon’s payment options, which include: Credit Card Payments Electronic Bank Transfers Personal or Corporate checks made payable to Smart Match for IT LLC. Any other payment option that eCopon may provide on the system from time to time.
Credit Card Details:
When making a credit card transaction, supply the cardholder’s name as it appears on the card, as well as the expiration date.
Credit Card Fraud: 
Credit Card fraud is illegal, and violators will face penalties under Saudi Arabian law.
Multiple Credit Cards: 
If more than one credit card is used to pay for the same purchase at checkout, the order will not be activated until a copy of the national ID or residence card is provided, as well as a copy of the used card with the last four digits (the remaining digits are hidden)
Identity Verification:
Failure to submit the appropriate identification documents will result in a refund to the customer’s bank account from which the payment was made.  To retrieve the cash, the customer must contact the bank and provide evidence of identity for security considerations.
Expedited Processing:
To expedite the procedure, send a copy of your bank transfer transaction to the email address below: info@e-copon.com
Bank Confirmation: 
If the customer is unable to submit us a copy of the bank transfer transaction, we will hold the order until the bank confirms it (usually takes 3-5 business days).
Payment Facilitation:
capon's availability of online payment methods on the system is intended to facilitate and protect the needs of merchants and members.  These payment options are under capon's authority.
Article Seven:
Personal Information and Transaction Details:
You agree to allow eCopon an unlimited, worldwide, continuous, permanent, royalty-free right to use any personal or other content or data that you provide to the system and/or announce on the system via registration forms, purchase forms, or any email or communication channel available on the website/app, for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform in accordance with the Disclaimer and Privacy Statement. You are completely responsible for the information you submit or post, and capon's role is to enable you to display that information on the website’s pages and through its advertising channels.
Article Eight:
You warrant, represent, and agree to: You are 18 years old or older. Your information is truthful, accurate, up-to-date and full, and it reflects you. Your personal data name matches that of your national ID, Gulf ID, resident ID, or passport (for non-Kingdom residents). You have the authority to bind the institution “if you are representing an institution”. You will follow all applicable local and international laws in this regard, as well as the terms and conditions of use of the website. The information and description of coupons and vouchers that you will post on the website for distribution and sale are correct, accurate, detailed. You will not collect information about other users, such as email addresses or other contact information. You will not share or publish any personal information about users, nor will you use it in any way that may violate their privacy, confidentiality, or applicable laws.

Copyright:
All content on the website/app, including but not limited to text, graphic designs, logos button icons, symbols, audio clips, digital downloads, statistics, and software, is owned and copyrighted by eCopon, its users, content creators, and licenses, and is protected by copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and creative rights laws. The collected content on the website/app is capon's exclusive property and copyright, and it is protected by copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and creative rights laws. Article Ten:
Trademarks:
capon's unique logos, words, and slogans on the website/app are protected by international trademark and intellectual property laws.

Buyer Protection:
eCopon is committed to protecting purchasers’ rights and assisting them in receiving their purchases.
Article Twelve:
eCopon's Responsibility:
eCopon is just a communication channel for the electronic services indicated in the terms and condition’s introductory. eCopon's is not a party to any transaction and is under no obligation to act on behalf of the website’s vendors and purchasers. The consumer realizes and agrees that eCopon is not liable for any content, actions, reactions, coupons, tickets, or information displayed by users eCopon is not liable for either party’s insufficient or delayed performance, nor for any losses, malfunctions, or delays. eCopon is not obligated to try to resolve or settle any conflicts or issues between users. The eCopon website/app is not responsible for the security level of any electronic links that are outside the website/app, even if the link address is displayed on the website pages for the purpose of display on third-party pages, and the website/app does not guarantee that they are free of viruses or any harmful, and the user acknowledges and agrees that the eCopon website/app is not responsible in any way for the content or presence of such links on the website. eCopon, does not accept any claims resulting from errors or negligence, whether caused by itself or a third party. eCopon excludes from its guarantees, terms, and conditions any financial losses, reputational harm, or particular damages resulting from your misuse or inability to utilize the website, and eCopon accepts no liability or claims in such situations. You release eCopon and/or any of its officers and representatives from any claim, dispute, expenses, damages, liabilities, or direct loss to any party resulting from any act of a user of the website/app, and you specifically reject any claim in this regard under the applicable law.
Article Thirteen:
Confidentiality:
Security Measures: eCopon takes (physical, organizational, and technological) controls to prevent inappropriate access to your personal identity information and keep it secure.  However, keep in mind that the Internet is not a secure medium, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be guaranteed. Third Party Actions: eCopon has no control over the actions of any third party, including websites linked to this one or to third party connection to represent you or others. Use of Your Information: You acknowledge and agree that eCopon may use the information you present to provide services to you on eCopon and send you promotional messages.  The Privacy Statement on this website/app covers the collection, processing, use, and transfer of your personally identifiable information.
Article Fourteen:
Termination of Terms and Conditions:
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the law, eCopon may resort to temporary or permanent suspension, withdrawal, and cancellation of your membership, as well as restrict or cancel your access to the website/app, without disadvantage to its other rights and legal methods for recovering its rights, in the event of: If you break our terms and conditions. If eCopon is unable to authenticate any of the information you provide it. If eCopon decides that your actions may cause issues for you, other users, or eCopon. If you violate these Terms and Conditions, eCopon reserves the right to recover any amounts owed to the website/app from you, as well as any losses.  eCopon may, “at its privacy”, reestablish suspended users.  A user whose activity has been permanently suspended or whose membership was terminated may not be able to register or attempt to register with eCopon, or use the website/app in any way at all, until they are permitted to resume their activity on eCopon. Your or others’ violations of this Agreement do not require eCopon to decline its right to take appropriate action for such actions and similar violations.  eCopon does not guarantee that it will act against all violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Article Fifteen:
Purchase Process:
You agree to finish the purchasing process for the vouchers and tickets you have purchased and pay for them using the payment options available to eCopon users. eCopon reserves the right to refuse or cancel purchases, regardless of whether payment has been completed. The buyer must pay for the vouchers and tickets within 24 hours of completing the purchase transaction.  If they do not do so, the transaction will be immediately cancelled. You agree not to make illegal purchases on the website/app, to use a false name or any other false personal information, or to use someone else’s credit card without authorization to purchase, as eCopon reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against anyone who engages in such illegal activity.
Article Sixteen:
Prize Draw Process:
A delegate from the GCC conducts the prize draw under their direct supervision of the draw process, in the presence of delegates from the organizing bodies, sponsors, and the company that runs the eCopon system. Reading the “Prize Claim Card” created by the eCopon system for the company participating in the competition represents the winner’s acknowledgement of accepting the prize.
Article Seventeen:
Taking Out the Prize from the Participant:
The GCC or its representative has the power to reject or cancel the participant’s reward based on the following: If the participant is a GCC employee or first-degree family If the participant is an employee of the organizing body or has a first-degree relative If the participant is an employee of the sponsoring organization or a first-degree relative If the participant is an employee of the corporation that owns the eCopon system or has a first-degree relative. In the event that the participant’s data does not match what is specified in the accounts and registration obligations under the clause (3) and subparagraphs (5-6-7-8-9). The Ministry of Commerce and Investment’s terms and conditions, coupons, and events apply. The GCC’s terms and conditions for competitions, promotional offers, and events apply.
Article Eighteen:
Illegal Content:
As a registered member of the website/app, you may post comments in accordance with the laws that apply.  It is also illegal to promote your phone numbers or email addresses on any part of the website/app, as this represents a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Article Nineteen:
Feedback:
eCopon encourage all website/app members to submit recommendations or feedback, which will be placed on the website in any location approved by website management.
Article Twenty:
Termination of Access and/or Membership:
Without effect to its other rights and legal methods for recovering its rights, eCopon reserves the right to suspend or cancel your membership and/or access to the website/app at any time and without notice for any reason, including termination of this Terms and Conditions Agreement.
Article Twenty-One:
Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, eCopon, its employees, directors, agents, representatives, and suppliers are not liable for any direct or indirect damage or malfunction resulting from your use of the website/app.  If you are dissatisfied with the website/app or any of its content, just stop using it.  Furthermore, you acknowledge that any unauthorized use of the website/app and its services, caused by your negligence, may affect the eCopon website/app, requiring the website/app to apply the terms and conditions.

Disclaimer:
The eCopon website/app accepts no responsibility for any confusion of the information provided in its parts. This service is available on the eCopon website/app, but it is not responsible for reading product information or for the errors of such information. The eCopon website/app is not liable for any cost changes, updates to product information, or other modifications that may occur, and the whole obligation remains with the product supplier. Product prices are the responsibility of the product provider, not the eCopon website/app. Apple is not responsible for any of the competitions contained in the eCopon system or application, and it has no connection with these competitions.
Article Twenty-Three:
Security:
You agree to protect the eCopon website/app, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and representatives against any claims, losses, malfunctions, costs, and expenses resulting from your violation of the Terms and Conditions Agreement, violation of any law or changes, or misuse of third-party rights.
Article Twenty-Four:
Relation and Notices:
None of the terms of the User Agreement should be considered as indicating a partnership between you and eCopon, and you have no right to bind eCopon in any way.  Any notices you wish to send to eCopon must be sent via email; eCopon will respond to the email.  You accept and agree that any messages given to you by eCopon will be placed on the website/app or sent to the email address you supplied during registration, and it is assumed that you got them after 72 hours of transmission.  We can send you a notification by standard mail to the address you provided us with, and it is expected that you will receive it after 7 days from sending.
Article Twenty-Five:
Transfer of Rights and Obligations:
​​​​​​​You hereby grant the eCopon website/app the right to transfer some or all of its rights, benefits, obligations, and responsibilities to the other parties working with it, without your approval, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions Agreement, and the eCopon website/app is required to notify you of such transfers if they occur, as well as by posting on the website/app.  You cannot transfer your benefits, rights, and duties to a third party unless you acquire prior written approval from the eCopon website/app in line with the Terms and Conditions Agreement.
Article Twenty-Six:
General Information:
If any provision of this Terms and Conditions Agreement is found to be defective, invalid for any reason, the validity of the remaining parts of the Agreement is not affected.  This Agreement (as updated from time to time in accordance with its contents) explains the understanding and agreement between you and eCopon, taking into consideration the following: No person who is not a party to this Agreement may impose any terms or conditions on it. If the Terms and Conditions Agreement is translated into another language, either on the website or elsewhere, the Arabic text will apply.

Governing law and Authority:
This Terms and Conditions Agreement is regulated and defined in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it is completely subject to the regulation in effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s authorities.  This paragraph provides an alternative in the event that this Terms and Conditions Agreement is terminated or cancelled for any reason.
