Barlina Challenge

1. Participation in the Contest
- Participation does not require a purchase. All individuals may enter for free by scanning the contest QR code and submitting their information once.
- Contest terms are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Participants must have an active account on the social media platforms announced for the contest (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok).

2. Submission and Participant Information
- Each participant is entitled to at least one entry, as determined by the contest organizer.
- Whether submitting once or multiple times for the same contest, all submitted information must be accurate and complete as required.

3. Disqualification of Entries or Participants
Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:
- Failure to provide the required and correct information in the designated fields.
- Incorrect name formatting (e.g., inclusion of numbers or symbols, mixing Arabic and English between first and last names).
- Incorrect mobile number format (must begin with “5” without “0” or “966”).
- Invalid email address format.
- Incorrect username entry for the relevant social media platform.
- Failure to submit the entry in the required format.
- Submitting entries using multiple mobile numbers or email addresses for the same participant.
- Repetition of the same mobile number or email address across multiple participants (even if they are family members).

4. Winner Obligations
- The winner authorizes the campaign organizer to publish photos and videos of the prize handover on their official social media platforms and those of their representatives, without objection or request for compensation.
- If the winner is a woman, she may authorize a representative to appear in the prize handover photos/videos, and that representative grants the same publishing rights to the organizer.
- The winner must sign a prize receipt form for submission to the Chamber of Commerce.

5. Conditions for Re-Draw
The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to select a new winner under the following circumstances:
- The original winner fails to respond to the organizer or Chamber staff.
- The winner’s contest registration details do not match their personal information.
- Winners must present a valid official ID upon receiving the prize.
- The winner is deemed ineligible to receive the prize.
- Consumer protection requirements are not met.

6. Prize Replacement or Waiver
- The winner may not request to exchange the prize for another item or cash.
- If the winner declines the prize, they may not transfer it to another person or authorize the organizer to do so, except through an official waiver form provided at the time.
- All provisions above apply within the legally designated timeframe outlined in the regulations.
- Images of prizes shown in campaign advertisements do not necessarily reflect their actual color or specifications.

7. Official Communication Channels
- All contact details provided by the participant during entry are considered official and binding. They will be used to determine the timing of communications within the legal framework and to resolve any disputes.
