Terms and Conditions for the International Travel Prize Draw

1.⁠ ⁠Participation in the Contest

1. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest; participation is free and open to all.

2. The contest is subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2.⁠ ⁠Prize Conditions

1. Images used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately reflect the actual appearance or specifications of the prize.

3.⁠ ⁠Winner Obligations

1. The winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and entry visas required to travel to the prize destination, as specified on the official campaign website.

2. The winner authorizes the organizing company to publish photos and videos of the prize handover on its official social media platforms or through its representatives, without any objection or request for financial compensation.

3. If the winner is a female, she may delegate someone else to receive the prize and appear in the handover photos/videos on her behalf. This delegate will also be subject to the same media release conditions.

4. The winner must sign an official prize receipt form, which will be submitted to the Chamber of Commerce.

5. If the prize involves travel outside the Kingdom, the winner must provide a copy of a valid passport containing a visa for entry into a European country or the United States.

6. Each participant is allowed one entry only, as determined by the organizing entity.

4.⁠ ⁠Re-Draw Conditions

The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the following cases:

1. The winner fails to respond to the organizing company or Chamber representative.

2. The personal information provided by the winner does not match their official identification.

3. The winner is deemed ineligible to receive the prize based on the contest rules.

4. The winner is found to be in violation of consumer protection regulations.

5. If the winner’s registered mobile number is inactive or disconnected, they will be disqualified.

5.⁠ ⁠Prize Substitution or Transfer

1. The winner may not request to exchange the prize for another prize or for a cash equivalent.

2. If the winner does not wish to claim the prize, they may not transfer it to another person or authorize the organizing company to do so, unless through an official waiver form issued by the organizer.

3. All actions related to the prize must be completed within the regulatory time frame stated in the rules.

4. Promotional images should not be considered an accurate reference for the color, model, or features of the actual prize.

6.⁠ ⁠Official Communication Channels

1. WhatsApp, SMS, and email are considered official communication methods. All contest-related messages and announcements sent through these platforms will be legally binding and timestamped to resolve any potential disputes.

7.⁠ ⁠Disqualification Criteria

A participant will be disqualified in any of the following cases:

1. Failure to fill out all required fields or submission of incorrect information.

2. Improper formatting of the name, including the use of symbols, numbers, or mixing languages (e.g., first name in Arabic and last name in English, or vice versa).

3. Incorrect phone number format (must begin with “0” or “966”, and the number must start with “5”).

4. Invalid or inactive email address.

5. Failure to provide a correct and complete username (on the specified social media or communication channel).

6. Submitting an incomplete or non-compliant entry.

7. Entering multiple times using different phone numbers or email addresses.

8. Using the same phone number or email for multiple participants (even within the same family).

9. If the mobile number is inactive or disconnected, the participant will be disqualified without prior notice.
