Win Tickets to the UEFA Euro 2024 Final with Clear

By participating, participants are deemed to have accepted these following terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
 
 I.        Eligibility to enter the Activation
1.       This Activation is carried out by Binzagr Unilever Distribution Ltd. Company, P.O. Box 22800 Jeddah 21416, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“Unilever”) and is open to all residents (“Participant”) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (the “Territory”).
2.        Unilever Group Company (Unilever PLC and its subsidiary Unilever Gulf FZE) and/ agency employees or members of their families, contractors or agents are not eligible to participate in the Activation.
3.        To be eligible to enter the Activation, the Participant must:
a)      Be a citizen or resident of the Territory throughout the duration of this Activation;
b)      Be 21 years of age or any other age of legal capacity as per the applicable laws of the Territory to be subject to these Terms and Conditions;
c)      Provide proof of identity, citizenship and residence in the form reasonably required by Unilever upon request;
d)      Use his or her actual personal information upon filling any forms;
e)      Unilever reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants.
 
II.        The Prize
1.        Each Participant has the chance to win 6 Tickets of the EURO 2024 (“UEFA”) Finals (“Prize”).
2.        For the avoidance of doubt, not every participant will receive a Prize. There will be 3 winners, each will receive 2 Tickets of the EURO 2024 (“UEFA”) Finals for the winner & his/her Guest including Accommodation (1 Hotel room for each winner & his/her Guest) and flight tickets (round trip - economy class) in the Territory during the Activation Period.  
3.        Unilever shall not be responsible or liable for any late, lost, misdirected notification or for the winner’s unsuccessful efforts to claim the Prize.
4.        The Prize can be changed or altered by Unilever at any given time at its sole discretion. Unilever reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide an alternative prize without prior notice.
5.        The Prize is tax paid, non-negotiable, non-transferable and will not be substituted for cash or assigned to any other person for any reason whatsoever.
6.        The Prize shall be accepted entirely at the risk of the winner and Unilever excludes all warranties in connection with the Prize to the extent permitted by law.
7.        If receipts are required to enter this Activation, Unilever reserves the right to keep the original receipt, make a copy of the receipt or mark any receipts used by the Participant to enter this Activation.
 
III.         Activation objective
1.         The Participant can participate in the Activation by purchasing Clear 3in1 (“Product”) scanning the available QR code (in the stores or online) and follow the instructions in the Territory during the Activation Period.
2.         The Winner will receive a message with further instructions on how to redeem the Prize(s).
3.         Entering the Activation is considered by itself an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
 
 I.        Entrance to the Activation and winner announcement
1.        The Activation will start on 7th of May 2024 (“Start Date”) and ends on 7th of June 2024 (“End Date”) and the period of the Activation will be known as the “Activation Period”.  
2.        The Winner will be announced 7 days after the end date of Activation Period and will be contacted by Unilever via phone, email or message.
3.        The Winner shall be chosen by participation in accordance with these Terms and Conditions after the Activation Period.
4.        The Prizes must be redeemed till June 14, 2024 at the latest by the Winner(s).
5.        Unilever has an exclusive right to reschedule the date it picks the winner.
6.        In the event that the Participant is disqualified from the Activation or is unreachable where the Participant is a winner, Unilever may at its sole discretion decide what to do with the Prize.   
7.        Unilever reserves the right to accept the Participant or disqualify any Participant once accepted.
8.        Unilever has also the right to disqualify a Participant or winner if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Participant or winner has breached these Terms and Conditions.
9.        Noncompliance with the Terms and Conditions of this Activation will automatically disqualify the Participant or winner from availing the Prize.
10.     If the winner of the Prize is below the required age to enter this Activation, the Prize may be awarded to his or her legal guardian at the sole discretion of Unilever.  
11.     All decisions of Unilever in relation to the winner will be final and binding. Unilever shall not engage in any correspondence with the Participants in the event of a dispute regarding the winner.
 
II.        Winning criteria for the Prize
1.        By accepting these Terms and Conditions as indicated above, the Participant hereby consents to the publication of his or her name in any Unilever social media platform.
2.        The winner must provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of Unilever, demonstrates that he or she is the true winner, is eligible to enter this Activation and has complied with these Terms and Conditions. To claim the Prize, the winner may be requested to present a valid government-issued ID for identification.  
3.        The Winner agrees to complete and execute any documentation required by Unilever, its representatives and affiliates or anyone on their behalf in order to give effect to their Prize, including but not limited to certificate/affidavit of eligibility, publicity release and liability release or any other document as requested by Unilever at its sole discretion. Failure by the winner to provide completed documents within the time specified by the relevant requests of Unilever or failure to execute any other obligation specified in the present rules or requests of Unilever may result in disqualification.
4.        The Prize shall be forfeited if the Winner has not executed any obligations or has not met any requirements under the Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.
5.        All Entrants must be over 21 [Any Guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (over the age of 21) and may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by Unilever / a third party on behalf of Unilever / UEFA / a third party on behalf of UEFA in its absolute discretion].
6.        Winner [and the Guest) may not be an Excluded Person. Excluded Person means:
(b)    any person banned by the Host Association from membership of the fan club for the national football team (or banned from any equivalent official supporters club by a football governing body in any jurisdiction in the World);
(c)     any person subject to an administrative or judicial football ban under the applicable laws of the relevant Host City and/or Germany;
(d)    any person banned by UEFA, FIFA, any football governing body or otherwise, from travelling to or attending an association football match;
(e)    any person banned by UEFA, the Host Association and/or the relevant Stadium Owner from attending events at the Stadium;
(f)     any person who is deemed by the participating teams in the UEFA EURO 2024™ Match to be a person to whom Tickets should not be allocated (including but not limited to persons who have been issued with a stadium ban by the respective participating team);
(g)    any person who is deemed by the relevant public authorities to be a person to whom Tickets should not be allocated for safety and security reasons; and
(h)    any person who has breached or is in breach of the applicable tickets Terms and Conditions.
7.   Tickets must be used only by the Winner [and named Guest] for personal use only. The Winner [and named Guest] shall not:
a.      offer for sale and/or sell Tickets publicly, in particular at auctions or online and/or on resale platforms;
b.      sell or transfer Tickets to any commercial or professional reseller and/or ticket broker;
c.       run any advertisements or promotions;
d.      advertise, promote, give away, distribute, sell or offer for sale any product or service from any part of the Stadium or via the display of overt commercial messages on clothing worn or items brought into the Stadium; or
e.      exploit any marketing or promotional opportunities in relation to the Ticket(s). For the avoidance of doubt, no branding, which may be aimed at promotional or marketing purposes whatsoever, may be displayed by any Ticket Holder at the Stadium.
8.      Entrants agree that, should they win tickets to a UEFA EURO 2024™ Final Match, their personal information and that of any Guest including, but not limited to their title, first name(s), last name, email address, date of birth, mobile phone number and passport/ID issued by country name, along with any other required information and if there is a disability or limited mobility additional personal data related to accessibility requirements will be processed by Unilever and Unilever’s third party agencies in order to provide the agreed tickets [and arrange travel and/or accommodation] to the Winner and any Guest.
9.      Unilever and Unilever’s third-party agencies will process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and “Winner privacy notice”.
10.   Unilever may also share such personal data with UEFA who may use it to (i) process ticket requests; (ii) issue tickets; and (iii) carry out necessary health, security and/or background check; (iv) comply with applicable law.; and (v) and/or organise appropriate accessible seating for Accessibility Ticket. Winner confirm that they will obtain the permission of any Guest(s) they take, for the same.
11.   Winner will (and will procure that the Guest will) comply with any instructions or guidelines communicated by Unilever, or by a third party on behalf of Unilever, and any request to enter into additional terms and conditions and provide such personal information as is required.
12.   Ticket(s) will be delivered to the Winner (and the Guest) by virtue of ‘electronic “mobile phone tickets with such method to be determined by UEFA or a third party on behalf of UEFA, at its sole discretion.
13.   Winner will (and will procure that the Guest will) comply with all applicable Ticket terms and conditions and stadium code of conduct terms, including the prohibition on the re-sale and transfer of such tickets, and prohibition of certain items in the stadium, any sanitary measures and policies in place, all applicable laws governing access or presence at the stadium and attendance at the UEFA EURO 2024™ Final Match. Entrants acknowledge that a breach of these terms may result in their Ticket being revoked, entry to the stadium refused or being asked to leave the stadium.
14.   Winner understand that the teams and players in respect of UEFA EURO 2024™ Match may be subject to change without notice, and UEFA EURO 2024™ Matches may be cancelled, rescheduled or relocated, at UEFA’s discretion.
15.   Where Winner and/or the Guest have notified Unilever of a disability or limited mobility, Unilever will use reasonable endeavors to accommodate any accessibility requirements necessary to enable the Winner and the Guest to attend the stadium. While Unilever strives to ensure accessibility for all, the Winner acknowledge that Unilever cannot guarantee that third-party providers of Tickets [hospitality, travel and accommodation] will always meet specific accessibility requirements. These services are managed independently, and their policies and practices may vary. Unilever will not be responsible for any failure to meet accessibility requirements by third-party providers.
16.   Winner (and the Guest) are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid visa and/or the necessary travel documents to travel to in the location of the Final Match, as appropriate, in order to use the relevant tickets, and will be responsible for the costs of obtaining any such visa/documents. If they are unable to obtain such a visa/document within 2-3 weeks of being notified of the prize, another winner will be chosen in accordance with these terms and conditions.
17.   Winner (and the Guest) are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate and sufficient travel and medical insurance for their period of travel and duration of their stay in the location of the Final Match and will be responsible for costs associated with obtaining such insurance.
18.   The prize does not include any spending money to be used whilst at the event.
19.   Entrants acknowledge that UEFA retains rights under the ticket terms and conditions and stadium code of conduct terms to revoke or cancel Tickets and Unilever may therefore be required to withdraw tickets awarded to Winner and Guest of Winner at any time. In such circumstances Unilever will not be liable to Winner or Guest of Winner for any losses incurred because of such withdrawal.
20.   The Winner by submitting the entry grants Unilever a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and make derivative works of any content you create at/around the UEFA EURO 2024™  (including but not limited to photographs) in any media and through any media channel.
21.   The Winner and the Guest may be filmed / photographed / interviewed by the Promoter or on Unilever behalf during the EURO 2024 Tournament. The Winner grants Unilever a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and make derivative works of such footage / photographs / testimonials in any media and through any media channel.
22.   The Winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
 
 
III.         Activation entity
This Activation is administered by Unilever, Clear Marketing Team.
 
IV.        Intellectual Property
The Participant acknowledges that all copyrights, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property rights in the artwork, graphics, text, video and audio clips and other content on the Activation (“Content”) are owned by Unilever and the participant hereby agree that he or she will not reproduce or otherwise use any such intellectual property rights, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever.
 
V.        Force Majeure
Unilever may cancel, modify or suspend the Activation for causes outside Unilever’s reasonable control or by any force majeure including but not limited to actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared) fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labour dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labour or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other similar or dissimilar cause beyond Unilever’s sole and reasonable control.  
 
VI.        Limitation of Liability
1.        Neither Unilever nor any of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and Activation agencies, legal and financial advisors, any and all other companies associated with this Activation or any of Unilever’s respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, licensees, licensors and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury, loss or damage suffered or sustained (even caused by negligence) in connection with accepting or using the Prize or participating in this Activation, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Unilever is not responsible for any defected, lost Prize or misuse of the Prize.
2.        Each Participant accepts the conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by the decisions of Unilever and warrants that he or she is eligible to participate in this Activation.  The Participant agrees, except to the extent that any personal injury or death is caused by the Released Parties’ negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions, that the Released Parties shall not be responsible for any claims, losses, liability, and damages of any kind (including reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses) asserted against any of them, incurred, sustained, or arising in connection with the use, acceptance or misuse of any entry material, or while preparing for, participating in any Activation related activity including without limitation any injury, damage, death, loss, accident to person or property, or from the respective Participant’s breach of any agreement or warranty associated with this Activation, including these Terms and Conditions.
3.        Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Activation is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Unilever and each of their licensees and representatives reserve the right to seek damages or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for any such attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 
VII.        Indemnity
1.        The Participant will indemnify and hold Unilever, their subsidiary and affiliate entities and the employees, officers, directors and representatives of each harmless (including costs and attorney’s fees) from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of access to or use of the Activation, the violation of the Terms and Conditions, or the infringement of any intellectual property or other proprietary right, by the Participant or any third party using the Participant’s account. The Participant’s obligation under this indemnity may not be offset against any other claim.
2.        All Participants release from, and indemnify Unilever against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the Prize or participation in this Activation including, but not limited to, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
 
VIII.        Amendments
Unilever reserves the right at its sole discretion, without any prior notice, to suspend, cancel, terminate or modify any feature of the Activation including, but not limited to content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use without advance notice and to re-commence the Activation in its sole discretion and upon Terms and Conditions deemed reasonable by Unilever.
IX.        Privacy
The data controller is: Binzagr Unilever Distribution Ltd and contact can be made through data.protection@Unilever.com. Unilever’s privacy policy is available at Privacy Notice (unilevernotices.com). Personal information will be used by Unilever only in connection with this Activation as provided in these Terms and Conditions.  Participants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal data. Participants may request such action by emailing: data.protection@unilever.com.
 
X.         Miscellaneous
1.        By entering this Activation, the Participant represents, warrants and agrees that he or she has read and understood these Terms of Conditions and the Privacy Policy and agrees to be bound by them. Noncompliance with the Terms and Conditions of this Activation will disqualify the Participant from availing the Prize.
2.        By entering this Activation, each Participant agrees that his or her personal data received by Unilever and the agency in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions may be processed for the purpose of the Activation.
