The Promotion is organized and promoted by L’Oréal Middle East (the “Company”)
on behalf of
L’Oréal Paris (the “Brand”).
This text is the contract that governs the relationship between
the Company and you (the “Consumer(s)” or “Winner(s)”) in
contracting the activation of the Promotion. The Consumer shall be subject to
the Terms and Conditions laid herein. It is at the absolute discretion of the
Consumer to participate in the Promotion.
The Company reserves the right to revise the T&Cs at any time
and you will be notified of such revision(s) by posting an updated version on lorealgames.loreal-paris-me.com You
are responsible for regular review of the T&Cs.
Article 1: Scope
a)
The Promotion & online entries submissions will be from 15
January 2024, at 00:01 am until 14
February 2024, at 11:59 pm included. The
Company reserves the right to extend the last day of submission of
entries without prior notice.
b)
The competition is valid in the UAE and KSA for nationals and
residents only, aged 18 years old or older, and having a valid national
identity or Passport.
c)
The competition will cover L’Oréal Paris products sold in the UAE Lulu
stores, and in KSA’s Lulu, Panda, Othaim and Carrefour.
Article 2.A:
Participation Conditions & Promotion Mechanism for KSA consumers
a) The
participants can enter the competition with or without purchasing the
promotional products.
b) Participants
can only increase their chances of winning by entering a valid proof of
purchase.
c) To
increase their chances, the Consumer shall buy a minimum of SAR 80 of any
L’Oréal Paris products from any Lulu, Panda, Othaim or Carrefour, keep his/her
printed receipt safe and connect online to lorealgames.loreal-paris-me.com from 15
January 2024, from 00:01 am until 14 February 2024, until 11:59 pm included in
KSA.
d)
The Consumer shall follow the instructions for the Promotion by
filling the online registration form entirely with his/her correct personal
& purchase details: Full Name, Email Address and Phone number. The Consumer
grants the Company irrevocably the right to use such contact information
(including photos), if any for marketing activities.
I.
The Consumer shall be responsible for giving his/her correct and
complete information to participate in the Promotion. The Company will not be
responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or false participant information.
II.
Invalid entries (late, illegible, incomplete, and/or corrupt) will
not be accepted.
f)
The prizes available to be won through a draw will consider all
participants including those who didn’t purchase the product.
g) The employees of L’Oréal
Middle East and
their immediate families (parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren,
siblings, in-laws -mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, and son- and spouses)
are excluded from the Activation. Any participation of these persons in the
Activation in violation of this term shall be considered automatically void.
h)
At any stage of the Promotion, if usage of unlawful methods or
cheating by a participating Consumer is discovered, the same will result in
disqualification and ban of further participation of that Participant from the
Promotion. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or
electronic means that allows a Consumer to automatically enter the competition
is prohibited.
Article 2.B: Participation
Conditions & Promotion Mechanism
This Promotion applies only to the Consumers who purchased a
minimum of AED 50 of any L’Oréal Paris products from Lulu stores. To be
eligible, the purchase must be done within the period of the Promotion
from 15 January 2024, at 00:01 am until 14 February 2024, at 11:59 pm
included.
To enter the Promotion, the Consumer shall buy a minimum of AED 50
of any L’Oréal Paris products from Lulu stores, connect online tolorealgames.loreal-paris-me.com,
register, upload their receipt and play the game to discover their prize.
a)
The Promotion is running from 15
January 2024, from 00:01 am until 14
February 2024, until 11:59 pm included.
After this date, no more participation will be possible, unless the
Company decides to extend the validity of the Promotion.
b)
The Consumer shall follow the instructions for the Promotion by
filling out the online registration form entirely with his/her correct personal
and purchase details: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone number. The Consumer grants
the Company irrevocably the right to use such contact information (including
photos) if any for marketing activities.

The Consumer shall be responsible for giving his/her correct and
complete information to participate in the Promotion. The Company will not be
responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or false participant information.
II.

The Consumer must upload their receipt to access the online game.
d)
Any consumer can only win once during the whole promotion.
e) The employees of L’Oréal
Middle East and
their immediate families (parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren,
siblings, in-laws -mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, and son- and
spouses) are excluded from the Activation. Any participation of these persons
in the Activation in violation of this term shall be considered automatically
void.

Article 3: Winners’
eligibility
a)
The Winners will receive a confirmation email once they win with
details of the prize collection.
b)
The Company reserves the right to exclude a participant from the
participants' list if he/she is not matching with the terms and conditions of
eligibility, based upon the below-mentioned reasons:

Fake identity or incorrect personal information
II.
Cheating suspicion
III.
Information requested was not received on time
IV.
Duplicate receipts will not be accepted
V.
Any other reasons deemed by the Company as invalid
c)
The decision of the Company shall be final and binding. The
Company shall not entertain any claim by the Winner(s) or Participant(s) citing
problems of a technical malfunction of his/her computer online systems,
servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software while registering to
participate or in claiming the prizes in case if he/she is a lucky Winner.
d)
The Company’s decision in all matters to conduct the Promotion is
final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
e)
If any Winner is subsequently found ineligible/illegal to
participate in the Promotion, the Company may, at their sole discretion,
forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in such manner
and to such person as it deems fit.
f)
The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all
winners by checking their printed receipts. If the company finds an entry to be
invalid, the entry will be rejected. The reasons for rejection are:
i. No
printed receipt or printed receipt is already used
ii. Minimum
required quantity is not reached
iii. Incorrect
or fraudulent receipt/invoice number
iv. Printed
receipt picture is unclear or unreadable
v. Duplicate
receipt
vi. Refund
has been executed over the items on the receipt

Article
5: Prize Collection
a)
The winner must have received the winning validation email
including their prize collection details in his/her registered email address
used for playing.
b)
The winners are fully responsible for sharing their correct
details with us.
c)
The agency will contact the winner regarding the collection of
their prize.
d)
L’Oréal Middle
East shall not be responsible for any matter related to the prize after
receiving and during its use of it.
Article 6:
Intellectual Property Usage Rights & Legal Disclaimers
a)
The Consumer hereby grants to the Company, at no cost, the
unconditional, perpetual right and authority to publish and broadcast anywhere
in the world, for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other
purposes and in any media, his/her name, image, likeness and/or photographs,
video footage or audio record taken of him/her, taken during and for the
purpose of the relevant promotions, except where prohibited by law.
b) Participation
in the Promotion constitutes the Consumer's
consent for the Company and its affiliated companies to use his/her name(s),
personal information, and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the
Promotion and advertising purposes only without notice or additional
compensation, except where prohibited by law. All information shall be handled
and used in accordance with relevant data protection laws and the Company’s
privacy policy.
c) The Company shall not be held liable for any
loss, damage, injury, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential
damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, cost or
expense whatsoever, including without limitation to, property damage, personal
injury and/or death which may occur in connection with the participation in the
Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize.
Article 7: Promotion
a)
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of being carried
on as planned, due to without limitation:- infection by any computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, the act
of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection,
rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion,
legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or
regulation having the force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control
of the Company, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness
or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Company, to the fullest
extent permitted by law, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and to disqualify any Participant
who tampers with the Promotion and/or the entry process. To the fullest extent
permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for any problems or technical
malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems,
servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any
e-mail account, or any combination thereof.
b)
The Company reserves the right to alter/withdraw the game scheme
at any time without prior intimation, including the right to amend, cancel, or
withdraw in part or full all conditions of this Promotion including the right
to substitute any prize for an item of equal value. The Company will be
entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate
or modify the Promotion or to modify the T&Cs at any time prior to the

c)
The decision(s) of the Company in connection with all matters
relating to the Promotion shall be final and non-appealable.
d)
In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in
connection with the offer herein, the decision of the Company shall be final
and binding on all concerned.
