Terms & Conditions No purchase is required to participate in the Promotion. Participation is open to all eligible individuals subject to the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth herein. Twenty-six (26) free maintenance vouchers, each valued at SAR 350 excluding Value Added Tax (VAT). The draw and announcement of winners shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures and requirements approved by the Chamber of Commerce, the competent authorities, and the Operating Company. Eligible participants shall be awarded entries in accordance with the entry-allocation mechanism communicated by the Organizer, and each eligible entry shall be automatically included in the official electronic draw. If a winner fails to respond or cannot be contacted within five (5) business days from the first contact attempt, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner in accordance with the approved procedures. The winner of the vehicle prize shall bear all governmental fees and charges associated with vehicle ownership transfer, license plates issuance, insurance, and any other regulatory fees related to receiving the vehicle, unless otherwise announced by the Organizer. Winners shall sign all required prize acceptance and ownership transfer documents and provide any requested supporting documents, including a copy of a valid identification document and driving license where applicable. The Organizer may retain copies of such documents and provide them to the competent authorities or Chamber of Commerce for verification and record-keeping purposes. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, assigned, or substituted under any circumstances. Winners’ names may be announced through the Organizer’s official channels. Names and photographs of winners may be published only after obtaining their prior written consent and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant or revoke any prize entitlement if the participant violates these Terms and Conditions, provides false or misleading information, or engages in fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Promotion system, without any obligation to provide compensation. Any participant found to have created multiple accounts or used any method intended to unfairly increase their chances of winning shall be disqualified, and all associated entries shall be deemed invalid. If a winner’s information (including name, identification number, mobile number, or email address) does not match the information registered in the eCopon system or participation form, the winner shall be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. By participating, the participant expressly consents to the collection, storage, processing, and use of their personal data by the Organizer and/or the Operating Company for purposes related to the administration of the Promotion, eligibility verification, and communication with participants and winners, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Organizer and the Operating Company shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. The Organizer may retain participants’ personal data for the period necessary to fulfill operational, regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements. The participant acknowledges and agrees that their personal data may be shared with competent governmental or regulatory authorities and the Chamber of Commerce when required for verification, regulatory compliance, draw validation, or prize fulfillment purposes. Participants may request access to, correction, updating, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations by contacting the Organizer through its official channels. Smart Link Information Technology Company (eCopon) shall be responsible solely for operating the technical platform and conducting the electronic draw process in accordance with approved procedures and shall bear no responsibility for the prizes, prize fulfillment, or prize replacement. Neither the Organizer nor the Operating Company shall be liable for any delay or failure in prize delivery resulting from a winner’s failure to respond or complete the required prize claim procedures. The Organizer and the Operating Company reserve the right to take any legal or regulatory action against any person found to have submitted false information or attempted to manipulate, abuse, or misuse the Promotion or its systems. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional, advertising, or marketing materials related to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. The Organizer and the Operating Company shall not be liable for any loss of participation opportunity or prize entitlement resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Any taxes, fees, or financial obligations imposed under applicable laws and regulations in connection with the prizes shall be borne by the winner unless otherwise expressly stated by the Organizer. In the event of any typographical, technical, administrative, or publication error relating to the prizes, their quantity, value, description, or award mechanism, the Organizer reserves the right to correct such error and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising therefrom. The Arabic version of these Terms and Conditions shall be the official and legally binding version. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Arabic version and any translated version, the Arabic version shall prevail.
