شروط جوايز سفر الي الخارج + شروط جواز العاديه أولاً: المشاركة في المسابقة١. لا يُشترط الشراء للمشاركة في المسابقة، ويحق للجميع المشاركة مجانًا.٢. تخضع المسابقة للأنظمة والقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
ثانياً: حالة الجائزة١. الصور المستخدمة في إعلانات الحملة لأغراض توضيحية فقط، ولا تعكس بالضرورة الشكل أو المواصفات الفعلية للجائزة.
ثالثاً: التزامات الفائز١. يجب على الفائز الحصول على جميع التصاريح اللازمة لدخول الدولة المرتبطة بالجائزة، وفقًا لما هو موضح في موقع الحملة.٢. يفوّض الفائز الشركة المنظمة بنشر صوره وفيديوهات لحظة تسلُّم الجائزة على المنصات الرسمية التابعة لها أو من ينوب عنها، دون اعتراض أو مطالبة بأي تعويض مادي.٣. في حال كانت الفائزة سيدة، يحق لها تفويض شخص آخر لاستلام الجائزة والتصوير نيابةً عنها، ويُعامل هذا التفويض وفق نفس الشروط المتعلقة بالنشر.٤. يتعيّن على الفائز توقيع نموذج استلام الجائزة ليتم رفعه لاحقًا إلى الغرفة التجارية.٥. إذا كانت الجائزة تتعلق بالسفر خارج المملكة، يجب على الفائز تقديم نسخة من جواز السفر تحتوي على تأشيرة دخول سارية المفعول لإحدى الدول الأوروبية أو الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.٦. يجب على الفائز استخراج تأشيرة السفر خلال مدة أقصاها سبعة (7) أيام من تاريخ الإعلان عن فوزه، وفي حال عدم استخراج التأشيرة خلال هذه المدة تُلغى الجائزة ويُسحب اسم فائز آخر.٧. يُسمح لكل مشارك بتسجيل مشاركة واحدة فقط، وذلك حسب تنظيم الجهة المنظمة.
رابعاً: حالات إعادة السحبيحق للغرفة التجارية إعادة السحب على فائز آخر في الحالات التالية:١. عدم تجاوب الفائز مع الجهة المنظمة أو مع موظفي الغرفة التجارية.٢. عدم تطابق بيانات الفائز المسجلة مع بياناته الرسمية.٣. عدم استحقاق الفائز للجائزة حسب الشروط المعتمدة.٤. مخالفة الفائز لشروط حماية المستهلك.٥. إذا كان رقم جوال الفائز مفصولًا أو غير نشط، يتم استبعاده من المسابقة مباشرة.
خامساً: استبدال الجائزة أو التنازل عنها١. لا يجوز للفائز طلب استبدال الجائزة بجائزة أخرى أو مقابل نقدي.٢. في حال عدم رغبة الفائز باستلام الجائزة، لا يحق له التنازل عنها لشخص آخر أو تفويض الجهة المنظمة، إلا من خلال نموذج تنازل رسمي يصدر من الجهة المنظمة.٣. يجب تنفيذ جميع الإجراءات والاستجابات خلال المدة النظامية المحددة.٤. الصور الدعائية لا تُعد مرجعًا دقيقًا لمواصفات الجائزة من حيث الشكل أو اللون أو الحجم.
سادساً: وسائل التواصل الرسمية١. يُعتبر كلٌ من تطبيق واتساب، الرسائل النصية، والبريد الإلكتروني وسائل تواصل رسمية يُعتد بها، ويُعتمد على تاريخ الإرسال كمرجع قانوني لحل أي نزاع أو التباس.
سابعاً: استبعاد المشاركتُستبعد المشاركة تلقائيًا في أي من الحالات التالية:١. عدم تعبئة جميع البيانات المطلوبة أو إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة.٢. كتابة الاسم بشكل غير سليم (مثل احتوائه على رموز أو أرقام، أو كتابة الاسم الأول بلغة والاسم الأخير بلغة أخرى).٣. إدخال رقم جوال لا يبدأ بـ “٠” أو “٩٦٦”، أو لا يبدأ برقم “٥”.٤. إدخال بريد إلكتروني غير صحيح أو غير فعّال.٥. عدم كتابة اسم المستخدم (Username) الخاص بمنصة التواصل بدقة.٦. إرسال مشاركة غير مكتملة أو لا تطابق الشروط المطلوبة.٧. استخدام أكثر من رقم جوال أو بريد إلكتروني من قبل نفس المشارك.٨. تكرار رقم الجوال أو البريد الإلكتروني لمشاركين مختلفين حتى لو كانوا من نفس العائلة.٩. إذا كان رقم الجوال مفصولًا أو غير نشط، تُستبعد المشاركة مباشرة دون الرجوع للمشارك.
Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
