📋 Terms & Conditions
1.     This promotional campaign (“Crunch,Repeat, Win.”) is organized by Mars Wrigley Inc(“Organizer”).
2.     The Organizer is solely responsible for the Campaign rules, approvals/permits (if any), bill verification decisions, points allocation, selection of eligible participants, and fulfillment of cashback/rewards.
2) Campaign Period 1.     The Campaign runs from 1st February 2026 to 1st June 2026 (both inclusive) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA”), unless extended, paused, or terminated by the Organizer.
2.     The Organizer may suspend or end the Campaign at any time for operational, legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
3) Eligibility 1.     Participation is open to individuals who are 18 years or older, residing in KSA, and who can provide a valid stc pay ID for reward fulfillment.
2.     Employees of the Organizer, its agencies, partners, and their immediate family members are excluded (at the Organizer’s discretion).
3.     Participation is void where prohibited by law.
4) How to Participate 1.     Register on the Campaign microsite with accurate details.
2.     Purchase eligible products (Snickers wafer rolls ,Bounty wafer rolls ,Twix wafer rolls ,Galaxy flutes chocolate ,Galaxy flutes vanilla) from participating stores in KSA during the Campaign Period.
3.     Upload a clear photo/image of the purchase bill/receipt (“Bill”) through the microsite. 4.     Uploading picture of loyalty card is optional.
5) Bill Requirements and Verification 1.     Bills must be genuine, legible, and clearly show (at minimum):
○    store name/location (or identifier)
○    date/time of purchase
○    eligible product(s)
○    total amount (and/or eligible amount)
○    receipt/bill number (if present)
2.     Bills are subject to manual human verification by the Organizer or its appointed verification team.
3.     The Organizer may reject any Bill that is unclear, incomplete, suspected to be altered/forged, outside the Campaign Period, from a non-participating store, or otherwise not compliant.
4.     The Organizer’s verification decision is final.
6) Points Earning Rules 1.     Points are awarded only for verified Bills and eligible purchases.
2.     Points calculation is based on the Campaign formula displayed on the microsite, for example:
○    Every [10] Wafer Rolls bought = [100] points = [1] SAR
3.     Points are non-transferable, have no cash value by themselves, and cannot be exchanged except through the Campaign’s stated redemption mechanism.
4.     The Organizer may set caps/limits, including: maximum points per Bill, per day, per user, or per Campaign. 5.     Minimum cash back is 1 Riyal & maximum is 4 Riyals per participant and per month.
  7) Cashback / Reward Redemption (stc pay) 1.     Cashback/rewards (“Cashback”) are intended to be paid to eligible participants via stc pay only.
2.     Participants must provide a valid stc pay ID number registered in their name (or as required by stc pay). Incorrect ID details may result in failed or delayed payout.
3.     Cashback is not instant. Payouts are processed in scheduled batches (e.g., weekly) after Bill verification and eligibility checks.
4.     Payout Start / Delay Clause (Important):
○    The Campaign may begin collecting Bills and awarding points from the launch date.
○    Cashback payouts will begin only once the Organizer’s business/merchant wallet capability and operational process are active.
○    If there is any delay in enabling the payout method, Cashback will be processed once enabled; participants will not be entitled to immediate payout.
5.     The Organizer may apply a minimum redemption threshold (minimum points and/or minimum eligible spend) before any Cashback is issued. 6.     The Organizer may limit Cashback amounts per participant (daily/weekly/campaign caps). 7.     The value of the Cashback reward is variable based on the system allocation. The applicable Cashback amount awarded to a winner shall range from a minimum of 1 Riyal up to a maximum of 4 Riyals per winning transaction. 8.     To ensure fair participation, Participants are eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Cashback reward per calendar month. Winning a reward in a specific month does not disqualify the Participant from winning in subsequent months; however, multiple wins within the same calendar month are not permitted. 9.     Entry for the 50,000 Riyals Grand Prize is strictly limited to one (1) registration per Participant per calendar month. System controls are in place to validate unique entries. Any additional registration attempts made by the same individual within the same month will be automatically rejected and considered invalid.
        8) Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification 1.     Any attempt to submit fraudulent Bills, duplicate Bills, manipulated images, or engage in abuse may lead to:
○    rejection of Bills
○    removal of points
○    disqualification from Cashback
○    suspension or banning from the microsite
2.     The Organizer may request additional information or proof of purchase. Failure to provide requested proof may result in rejection/disqualification.
9) Communications 1.     By participating, you agree that the Organizer and its service providers may contact you regarding Campaign status, Bill verification, points, and payout updates using the contact details you provide.
10) Privacy and Data Handling 1.     Uploaded Bills and personal data will be used for: registration, verification, fraud prevention, Campaign administration, and Cashback fulfillment.
2.     Data may be shared with the Organizer’s verification team, operational partners, and service providers solely for Campaign purposes.
3.     Participants must not upload sensitive third-party personal information that is not required for Campaign participation.
11) Liability and Disclaimers 1.     The Platform Provider is not responsible for Campaign rules, verification outcomes, points decisions, Cashback fulfillment, wallet onboarding timelines, wallet limits, transaction failures, or delays caused by third parties.
2.     The Organizer is solely responsible for dispensing Cashback and resolving any disputes related to eligibility, points, and payout.
3.     The microsite is provided on an “as-is” basis. The Organizer may pause the microsite for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
12) Taxes and Charges 1.     If any taxes, fees, or charges apply in connection with receiving Cashback, the participant is responsible unless the Organizer states otherwise in writing.
13) Changes to Terms 1.     The Organizer may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the microsite and will apply from the date of posting.
14) Governing Law and Disputes 1.     These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in KSA.

Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
