About the Promotion The Promotion is operated by Saudi Snack Foods LTD. (we, us, our). The Promotion runs from 15th March 2026 to 15th May 2026 on 1,1.5,3,5 & 7/8 SAR Lays packs in all stores in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Entries received after the closing date will not be processed                          How to enter Entry to the Promotion is via Scanning the QR Code Outside the Pack and entering your details via the WhatsApp Chat Bot to enter the Prize draw. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion; however, if you are required to submit your entry online, you will need an internet or mobile data connection. Entry is strictly limited to five (5) submission per unique phone number per day.  Any entries submitted in excess of this daily limit shall be deemed invalid and will not be considered for the purposes of the prize draw. If stock remains in the market after the promotion period end date, as mentioned above,  and consumers participate, they will not be eligible for grand prizes, which are Match tickets, but will receive a free digital gift Until July 31 2026                     Eligibility The Promotion is open to individuals who are resident in KSA and aged 18years or over. When entering a promotion or claiming a prize, you must use your real name. Proof of identity will be required to collect any prize. If you are under 21 years of age, you must obtain and provide written parental or legal guardian consent to claim a prize. To claim the prize, you/your Guardia/partner must possess a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining before expiry prior to the scheduled travel date and a valid US/Mexico/Canada visa. You will be required to share those documents via email. In case the winner or his/her partner/guardian is not able to get the visa, SSFL will have the right to revoke the prize and use as per its own discretion. All prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise disposed of for value. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or assign the prize will be void and may result in disqualification. Our employees, affiliates, agents, distributors (including promotion partners/prize providers), and their immediate family/household members are not eligible to participate or win. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or any participant acting in an unfair, fraudulent, or misleading manner or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.. All winners in the prize draw will need to pass a compliance process involving a social media background check before they can be confirmed as a Fan Of The Match winner this compliance process will be conducted by us or our affiliates mentioned in the privacy notice below..                          Prizes - 31 winners for the match ticket will be selected at random from valid entries on a weekly basis during the promotion period - Winners will be contacted by email/WhatsApp by the Promoter to confirm their interest - Each participant is entitled to a maximum of one prize only. Winners are not entitled to a choice of prize. - All prizes are non-transferable, non-divisible, and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged. - We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value in unforeseen circumstances. - SSFL has the right to use winner name, picture, video etc. on its social media, TV, outdoor platforms. SSFL has the right to request pictures, videos from the winners at the actual matches for promotion on SSFL brand social media, TV, outdoor platforms. - If you have not submitted valid information to claim a prize within 7 working days of notification, the prize shall be forfeited and may be reallocated at SSFL’s sole discretion. After 7 days, we will reach out to other winners selected via prize draw. Within one (1) month of prize notification, the winner must provide proof of a valid travel visa in order to claim the prize - The prize draw is scheduled to be conducted weekly on Tuesday starting from the 7th of April till Tuesday the 12th of May. - Gifts are subject to availability and limited in quantity. - Participation in this Promotion does not guarantee the receipt of a gift. We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw the gifts at any time without prior notice. No monetary exchange or purchase is required. We are under no obligation to distribute gifts to all participants and shall not be held liable in the event that gifts run out or unavailable                     Limitation of liability - Your entry or participation in the Promotion and/or prize is at your own risk. - To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor the prize providers shall be liable for any injury or loss arising out of your participation, inability to enter, or use of the prize. - We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults.               - In no event will our total aggregate liability exceed the cost of the prize. 1.           For the winners who win ticket’s packages: a.           The organizer will arrange and cover the cost of travel tickets and accommodation as part of the prize. Any additional expenses, including meals, transportation, and personal costs, are the responsibility of the winner. b.            Winners must ensure they meet all travel requirements, including obtaining necessary visas and insurance at their own expense. The organizer assumes no responsibility for visa applications or approvals.                 Ownership of entries By entering the Promotion or submitting content (Personal details/Content), you agree that we can use such Content via any TV, Outdoor, social media network or platform, including our websites, social media pages & WhatsApp Chat bots.   You confirm that: You own and control the rights to the Content. You have obtained appropriate consent from anyone featured in the Content, and it does not infringe on third-party rights. Your entry does not violate applicable law and is not obscene, misleading, or defamatory.                    Publicity and data protection If you win a prize, you may be required to participate in reasonable publicity. We and the prize provider may publish and use any Content and your name/username, image, likeness, voice and video footage in any and all media for publicity purposes after the Promotion ends. You will sign an appropriate release form for this purpose if requested by us. All personal information that you provide to us or which we obtain during the Promotion shall be handled by us in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the privacy policy                    
General The Promotion is subject to the laws of KSA and the exclusive jurisdiction of the KSA courts. We reserve the right to void, suspend, or cancel this Promotion or change these Terms & Conditions from time to time if we consider it necessary or appropriate to do so. 08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
