First: Participation in the Contest

1. No purchase is required to participate in the contest, and participation is open to everyone free of charge.
2. The contest is subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Second: Prize Conditions

1. The images used in the campaign advertisements are for illustrative purposes only and do not necessarily reflect the actual appearance or specifications of the prize.

Third: Winner’s Obligations

1. The winner authorizes the organizing company to publish photos or videos of the prize handover on its official platforms or those of its representatives, without any objection or claim for financial compensation.
2. If the winner is a female, she has the right to authorize another person to receive the prize and appear in the photos or videos on her behalf. Such authorization will be subject to the same publishing conditions.
3. The winner must sign the official prize receipt form, which will be submitted to the Chamber of Commerce.
4. Each participant is allowed to submit only one entry, as per the organizer’s guidelines.

Fourth: Re-Draw ConditionsThe Chamber of Commerce or the organizing company reserves the right to select another winner in the following cases:

1. Failure of the winner to respond to the organizer or the Chamber of Commerce representatives.
2. Mismatch between the winner’s registered information and their official documents.
3. The winner is found ineligible according to the approved contest conditions.
4. Violation of consumer protection regulations by the winner.
5. If the winner’s phone number is disconnected or inactive, they will be disqualified immediately.

Fifth: Prize Substitution or Waiver

1. The winner may not request to exchange the prize for another prize or for cash.
2. If the winner chooses not to claim the prize, they are not allowed to transfer it to another person or authorize the organizer to do so, except through an official waiver form issued by the organizer.
3. All required actions and responses must be completed within the legally specified timeframe.
4. Promotional images are not considered an accurate reference for the prize specifications, including shape, color, or size.

Sixth: Official Communication Channels

1. WhatsApp, SMS, and email are considered official communication channels, and the date of sending shall be deemed the legal reference for resolving any disputes or misunderstandings.

Seventh: Participant DisqualificationA participant will be automatically disqualified in any of the following cases:

1. Failure to complete all required information or providing incorrect details.
2. Entering a name incorrectly (such as including symbols or numbers, or using mixed languages).
3. Entering a mobile number that does not start with “0”, “966”, or “5”.
4. Providing an invalid or inactive email address.
5. Failing to correctly provide the username of the social media platform used for entry.
6. Submitting an incomplete entry or one that does not meet the stated conditions.
7. Using more than one mobile number or email address by the same participant.
8. Repetition of the same mobile number or email address among different participants, even if they belong to the same family.
9. If the mobile number is disconnected or inactive, the entry will be disqualified immediately without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
