1. General Provisions & Eligibility
Governing Law: This competition and its terms are
subject to the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Free Participation: No purchase is necessary to
enter. Participation is open to all via the dedicated link and is free of
charge.
Eligibility: Participants must be Saudi citizens or
legally residents in Saudi Arabia. The name registered must match the official
ID (National ID or Iqama) exactly.
Exclusions: Employees of the organizing company, the
system operator (eCopon), Chambers of Commerce, advertising agencies, and their
first-degree family members are not eligible to participate.
One Entry Policy: Only one entry per participant is
allowed. If multiple accounts are detected for the same person, or if a mobile
number/email is duplicated, all entries will be disqualified.
2. Prizes & Draw Mechanism
Prize Details: There will be (7) winners selected
randomly. The prizes consist of kitchen appliances.
Illustrative Images: Images used in promotional
materials are for illustrative purposes only and do not necessarily reflect the
exact shape, color, or specifications of the actual prize.
Non-Exchangeable: Winners cannot request to exchange
the prize for cash or any other substitute.
3. Winners Announcement & Delivery
Communication: Winners will be contacted via the
registered details (WhatsApp, Call, or SMS). The date of sending the message is
considered a legal reference for communication.
Delivery (Courier): The organizing company will
arrange for the prizes to be delivered to winners via an authorized courier
company. The winner is solely responsible for providing a correct delivery
address and contact number. The company is not liable for delivery failures
caused by incorrect data provided by the winner. The company bears no
responsibility for any breakage, scratches, or total or partial damage
resulting from the delivery process.
Proof of Receipt: Signing the delivery receipt or sending
the prize via licensed courier to the registered address constitutes a final
acknowledgment of receiving the prize in good condition.
Publicity: By entering, the winner authorizes the
organizer to publish their name, photos, or videos of the prize receipt on
official social media platforms without claiming any financial compensation.
4. Disqualification & Redraws
The organizer or the Chamber of Commerce reserves the right
to disqualify a winner and perform a redraw in the following cases:
If the mobile phone number is offline/inactive.
The registered data does not match the winner’s official ID.
Failure to provide a valid address for courier delivery.
Violation of any competition terms or consumer protection
regulations.
Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
