1. Legal Nature and Scope These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) constitute the entire, exclusive, and legally binding framework governing participation in the promotional campaign branded as the “FIFA Ticket Competition” (the “Competition”). Participation is voluntary and strictly conditional upon full, unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs without reservation. 2. Organizer and Regulatory Authority The Competition is organized and administered by Valvoline and/or Aramco (collectively, the “Organizer”) and conducted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and, where required, under the supervision or validation of the competent Chamber of Commerce. FIFA is not a sponsor, organizer, or administrator of this promotion in any way. FIFA shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded. 3. General Eligibility and Exclusions Participation is strictly limited to natural persons who: (i) are legally resident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; (ii) are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation; and (iii) possess full legal capacity. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Organizer, FIFA, or any entity involved in organizing, implementing, validating, or supervising the Competition are excluded. 4. Promotional Nature – No Lottery – Free Participation The Competition is a promotional activity and does not constitute a lottery, gambling activity, or regulated prize scheme. No purchase, payment, or financial consideration is required to participate, and participation may be completed free of charge through the official entry mechanisms designated by the Organizer. Participation does not create any guaranteed right, entitlement, or expectation of winning a prize. 5. Eligibility – FIFA Ticket Competition To be eligible, a participant must: (i) scan the QR code printed on the official competition hanger (where applicable); (ii) scratch the designated panel to reveal a unique code; and (iii) submit the required personal details together with the unique code through the official competition platform. Each valid entry increases the participant’s chances of winning. 6. Data Accuracy, Verification, and Integrity Participants warrant that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and up to date. The Organizer reserves the right to verify entries, cross-check data across relevant systems, request supporting documentation, and disqualify any participant or entry if discrepancies are identified or applicable consumer protection requirements are not satisfied. 7. Draw, Disqualification, and Redraw Winners shall be selected through a transparent draw conducted in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations and, where required, under the supervision or validation of the competent Chamber of Commerce. Any redraw shall be final and binding. 8. Prize Conditions and Receipt Tickets are awarded strictly on an “as is” basis, without any express or implied warranty, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing entity. Winners must sign an official prize receipt acknowledgment when required. 9. FIFA Terms and Conditions Winners and their guest (“Attendees”) agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use applicable to their prize tickets for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold, exchanged, transferred, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose. FIFA World Cup 2026™ stadium rules, safety, security, and conduct requirements apply. FIFA reserves the right to cancel tickets for any breach of applicable terms. 10. Replacement, Waiver, or Forfeiture The prize may not be replaced, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Any waiver, forfeiture, or non-acceptance shall be subject to applicable regulations and completed within prescribed timeframes. 11. Publicity and Consent By accepting a prize, the winner authorizes the Organizer to publish photos and videos related to the prize announcement or handover on its official media channels without compensation. 12. Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
