First: Participation
1. No purchase is required to participate, and participation is free for all.2. The competition is subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Second: Prize Details
1. Images used in campaign advertisements are for illustrative purposes only.2. The prize consists of a domestic trip to Riyadh Season only and does not include any international travel.
Third: Winner’s Obligations
1. The winner must comply with all terms and instructions announced by the organizer.2. The winner authorizes the organizer to publish photos and videos of the prize handover.3. If the winner is female, she may authorize another person to receive the prize and be photographed on her behalf.4. The winner must sign the prize receipt form for submission to the Chamber of Commerce.5. The prize must be used during the official Riyadh Season period only.6. If Riyadh Season ends for any reason, the prize will be automatically cancelled without compensation.7. Each participant is allowed one entry only.
Fourth: Redraw or CancellationThe organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize or redraw in the following cases:
1. Failure of the winner to respond.2. Discrepancy in registered data.3. Ineligibility of the winner.4. Violation of consumer protection rules.5. Inactive or disconnected mobile number.6. End of Riyadh Season before prize redemption.
Fifth: Prize Exchange or Transfer
1. The prize may not be exchanged for cash or another prize.2. The prize may not be transferred except through an official waiver.3. All procedures must be completed within the specified period.4. Promotional images are not an exact reference for prize specifications.
Sixth: Official CommunicationWhatsApp, SMS, and email are considered official communication channels.
Seventh: DisqualificationEntries will be disqualified for incomplete, incorrect, or duplicate information.

06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
