Terms and conditions for Branch of Emirates NBD Bank – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“Emirates NBD”) Live the moment from the heart of the stadium Campaign in the United States.1. All Branch of Emirates NBD - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“The Bank”) Credit Cardholders are eligible to enter the draw with one chance, excluding All staff of Branch of Emirates NBD - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“ENBD”).2. This offer is valid for Emirates NBD Visa Credit Cardholders, existing and new customers.3. Campaign Period: From 3 February till 2 March 2026.4. Total number of Winners: 14 winners5. Each eligible customer will receive one chance to enter the draw.16.2. Additional chances will be awarded only if the customer’s total eligible spend during the campaign period reaches minimum of SAR 20,000 eligible spend.16.3. Once the minimum spend requirement is met, the customer will receive five (5) additional chances for each SAR 5,000 eligible spend during the campaign period.16.4. Second: Draw Condition:1. The draw will take place under the supervision of the chamber of commerce/ designated authorized entity.2. The winner agrees to participate in the media activity accompanying the announcement of the prize winners.3. To achieve transparency and credibility, the name and Mobile number of the participant will be shared with the Chamber of Commerce to draw and select the winners.4. The winners will be announced after the draw, no later than the end of March 2026.5. Each Participant is eligible to win one Prize only.
Third: Prize Condition: 1. The winners will receive travel packages to attend the FIFA World Cup 2026 Matches. 2. The image displayed of the prizes in the campaign advertisement does not necessarily reflect their actual appearance.3. Flights will depart from Riyadh, and the destination country will be the United States of America (USA). 4. The Draw will be conducted on the prizes in the following sequence:a. Group Stage – Atlanta, USA4 winners will each receive a consumer hospitality package to attend the Group Stage match (KSA vs Spain), including Premium Economy flights for the winner +1 guest, and 4-star accommodation for 4 nights. b. Quarterfinals – Los Angeles, USA4 winners will each receive an LA Skybox package to attend the Quarterfinals, including Business Class flights for the winner +1 guest, and 5-star accommodation for 4 nights. c. Semi-Finals – Atlanta, USA1 winner will receive a consumer hospitality package to attend the Semi-Final match, including Premium Economy flights for the winner +1 guest, and 4-star accommodation for 4 nights. d. Finals – New York, USA5 winners will each receive a consumer hospitality package to attend the Final match, including Premium Economy flights for the winner +1 guest, and 4-star accommodation for 4 nights.
Fourth: Winner's Conditions: 1. Visa and travel requirementsThe winner must arrange all required travel documents and provide proof of a valid US visa within 5 days of the winner announcement. If the required documents are not provided within this period, the Bank reserves the right to redraw for new winners and/or withdraw the prize and dispose of it as the bank sees fit.2. Use of images and videosThe winner authorizes the campaign organizing company to publish pictures and videos of the prize acceptance on their social media platforms and without any objection or demand for compensation or financial payment from the winner.3. Receiving the prize through a representativeIf the winner is a female, she has the right to appoint a representative to receive the prize on her behalf, and this representative authorizes the organizing company to publish pictures and videos of the prize acceptance on their social media platforms and those of their representatives without any objection or demand for compensation or financial payment from the winner.4. Prize receiptThe winner will sign a prize receipt form to be submitted to the chamber of commerce.
Fifth: Redraw Conditions:The bank has the rights to redraw for another winner in any of the following cases:1. The winner does not respond to the Bank or the Chamber of Commerce representative within 24 hours of the winner announcement. 2. The winner's registered information in the contest does not match their personal information.3. The winner is not eligible to receive the prize.4. Emirates NBD Branch reserves the right to exclude the winner if any of the previous conditions or any travel requirements related to attending the event (example: obtaining a valid USA visa within 5 days of the winner announcement) are not met. The bank also reserves the right to redraw new winners and/or withdraw the prize and dispose the prize as the bank sees fit.
Sixth: Prize Replacement or Transfer:1. The winner has no right to request a replacement of the prize with another prize or cash amount.2. The customer does not reserve the right to substitute the prize or substitute himself / herself as the winner.
Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
