Terms & Conditions
First: Regarding Participation in the Competition1. No purchase is required to participate in the competition. Everyone is eligible to participate for free once through the designated competition link.2. The competition terms and conditions are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.3. Participants must have an active account on the social media channels announced for the competition (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok).
Second: Participation and its Details1. Each participant is allowed at least one entry, as per the competition organizer's requirements.2. Whether participating once or multiple times for the same competition, all uploaded information must be accurate and meet the participation requirements.3. Prizes are based on the number of likes:- 5,000 likes → Entitles you to a free two-week subscription- 10,000 likes → Entitles you to a free one-month subscription- 50,000 likes → Entitles you to a free iPhone 174. Interaction must be genuine, and comments are unlimited.5. All participants must screenshot their analytics, likes, hashtags, and comments and upload them to the link before the competition ends.6. Mention our account @diet_hubsa and include the hashtag #DietHubCompetition in your entry.7. Registration is done via the competition's dedicated link, and screenshots of the post and entries must be uploaded before the competition ends.
Third: Disqualification of Entries or Participants
Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:
- Failure to provide the required and correct information in the designated fields.
- Incorrect name formatting (e.g., inclusion of numbers or symbols, mixing Arabic and English between first and last names).
- Incorrect mobile number format (must begin with “5” without “0” or “966”).
- Invalid email address format.
- Incorrect username entry for the relevant social media platform.
- Failure to submit the entry in the required format.
- Submitting entries using multiple mobile numbers or email addresses for the same participant.
- Repetition of the same mobile number or email address across multiple participants (even if they are family members).
Fourth: Winner Obligations
- The winner authorizes the campaign organizer to publish photos and videos of the prize handover on their official social media platforms and those of their representatives, without objection or request for compensation.
- If the winner is a woman, she may authorize a representative to appear in the prize handover photos/videos, and that representative grants the same publishing rights to the organizer.
- The winner must sign a prize receipt form for submission to the Chamber of Commerce.
Fifth: Conditions for Re-Draw
The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to select a new winner under the following circumstances:
- The original winner fails to respond to the organizer or Chamber staff.
- The winner’s contest registration details do not match their personal information.
- Winners must present a valid official ID upon receiving the prize.
- The winner is deemed ineligible to receive the prize.
- Consumer protection requirements are not met.
Sixth: Prize Replacement or Waiver
- The winner may not request to exchange the prize for another item or cash.
- If the winner declines the prize, they may not transfer it to another person or authorize the organizer to do so, except through an official waiver form provided at the time.
- All provisions above apply within the legally designated timeframe outlined in the regulations.
- Images of prizes shown in campaign advertisements do not necessarily reflect their actual color or specifications.
Seven: Official Communication Channels
- All contact details provided by the participant during entry are considered official and binding. They will be used to determine the timing of communications within the legal framework and to resolve any disputes.

02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
