irst: Regarding Participation in the Competition

1. No purchase is required to enter the competition, and everyone is entitled to participate free of charge.
2. The competition terms are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Second: Regarding the Prize Condition

1. The image of the prizes shown in the campaign advertisement does not necessarily represent the actual prize.

Third: Regarding the Winner’s Status

1. The winner must obtain the necessary permits to enter the country where the event is held and provide proof of a valid visa within five days of the winner announcement. Failure to provide such proof entitles the organizer to redraw new winners and/or withdraw and reallocate the prize at its discretion.
2. The winner authorizes the campaign organizer to publish photos and videos of the prize handover on their social media platforms and those of their representatives, without objection or request for compensation or payment.
3. If the winner is a woman, she has the right to appoint a representative to appear in the prize handover photos/videos, and that representative authorizes the campaign organizer to publish the content on their social media platforms and those of their representatives, without objection or request for compensation or payment.
4. The winner will sign a prize receipt form to be submitted to the Chamber of Commerce at a later stage.

Fourth: Cases of Redrawing
The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to redraw a new winner in the following cases:

1. The winner fails to respond to the organizer or Chamber staff.
2. The winner’s registered competition data does not match their personal information.
3. The winner is deemed ineligible to receive the prize.
4. Consumer protection conditions are not met.
5. The organizer reserves the right to exclude the winner if any of the above conditions or travel requirements related to attending the event (e.g., obtaining a visa within five days of the winner announcement) cannot be fulfilled. The organizer also reserves the right to redraw new winners and/or withdraw and reallocate the prize at its discretion.

Fifth: Prize Replacement or Waiver

1. The winner is not entitled to request a replacement prize or a cash equivalent.
2. If the winner does not wish to receive the prize, they may waive it to another person or authorize the competition organizer to do so, using an official waiver form to be submitted within three days of being notified of winning, through the communication channels specified in Section Six.
3. All of the above must be completed within the official timeframe stipulated in the regulations.

Sixth: Official Communication Channels

1. WhatsApp, text messages, email, or any of these methods are considered official and binding communication channels. The date of correspondence through these channels will be used to resolve any disputes within the regulatory scope.

06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.

16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
