First: Regarding participation in the competition:

Secondly: The prize, its specifications, and the conditions for receiving it: 
1. The color and specifications of the car depend on availability at the dealership or distributor. 
2. The image displayed for the prizes in the campaign announcement does not primarily represent their color or specifications; it is just an approximate image of the prize. 
3. The prize does not include insurance fees, registration, and transfer of ownership. 
4. The winner must have a clean driving record. 
5. The winner must not have any service suspensions. 
6. The winner is responsible for the vehicle registration fees, driving license fees, any fines if applicable, insurance, and for completing the procedures to receive the car from the dealership or showroom. 
7. The winner must collect the car from the branch specified by the organizing company of the campaign or bear the transportation costs from the company's headquarters or the showroom to their residence. 
8. The winner is not allowed to delegate another person to receive the car on their behalf. 
9. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred.
Thirdly: Regarding the winner's status: 
1. The winner authorizes the campaign organizing company to publish photos and videos of the award presentation on their social media platforms and those of their representatives without any objection from him or request for compensation or financial remuneration for the publication. 
2. In the event that the winner is a woman, she has the right to authorize someone to be photographed while receiving the prize, and that person authorizes the campaign organizing company to publish photos and videos of the prize reception on their social media platforms and those of their representatives without any objection from her or request for compensation or financial remuneration for the publication. 
3. The winner will sign the prize receipt to submit it to the Chamber of Commerce later.
Fourth: Cases of Re-draw: 
The Chamber of Commerce has the right to redraw for another winner in the following cases:

2. The winner's data registered in the competition does not match their data in the official ID. 
3. The winner's ineligibility to receive the prize 
4. The number registered in the competition should not be active and cannot be contacted through the same number. 
5. Failure to apply consumer protection conditions
Fifth: Replacing the prize or waiving it: 
1. The winner does not have the right to exchange the prize for another prize or for a cash amount. The winner is not entitled to request a replacement of the prize with another prize or with a cash amount. 
2. The winner is not allowed to register the car under someone else's name. 
3. All of the above shall be within the statutory period specified in the regulations.
Sixth: Official communication channels: 
1. WhatsApp, text messages, email, or any of them are considered official means of communication that are recognized and conclusive for any dispute. The date of the correspondences will be determined within their regulatory scope to resolve any dispute, based on the same data recorded in the competition.

06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.

16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
