Terms & Conditions
1. Participation in the Contest 1. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest. Participation is free for everyone by scanning the contest QR code and filling out the form once only. 2. The contest terms are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Prize Specifications and Collection Conditions 1. The color and specifications of the car depend on availability at the dealership or distributor. 2. The images of the prizes shown in the campaign advertisements do not necessarily reflect their exact color or specifications. 3. The prize does not include insurance, registration, or transportation fees. 4. The winner is responsible for all costs related to vehicle registration, driver’s license issuance, traffic fines, insurance, and completing the prize collection process from the dealership. 5. The winner must not have any outstanding traffic violations. 6. The winner must not have any service suspension orders. 7. The winner must collect the car from the branch designated by the campaign organizer. 8. The winner is not allowed to authorize another person to collect the car on their behalf. 9. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
3. Winner’s Publicity Consent 1. The winner authorizes the campaign organizer to publish photos and videos of the prize handover on their official social media platforms and those of their representatives, without any objection or financial compensation. 2. If the winner is a woman, she may authorize someone else to appear in the prize handover, and that person authorizes the organizer to publish the related photos and videos without any objection or request for compensation. 3. The winner will be required to sign a prize receipt form, which will be submitted to the Chamber of Commerce.
4. Re-draw Conditions
The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to re-draw a new winner in the following cases: 1. The winner fails to respond to the organizer or Chamber staff. 2. The registered data does not match the winner’s personal information. 3. The winner is deemed ineligible to receive the prize. 4. Consumer protection conditions are not met. 5. The winner’s phone is disconnected or out of service for an extended period.

5. Prize Replacement or Waiver 1. The winner may not request to replace the prize with another item or a cash equivalent. 2. The winner may not register the vehicle under another person’s name. 3. All the above conditions must be fulfilled within the legally designated period specified in the regulations.
6. Official Communication Channels 1. WhatsApp, SMS, and email (any of them) are considered official means of communication. These will be used to establish the date of communications within the legal scope and will be binding in resolving any disputes.

03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
