Competition Terms and Conditions
First: Participation in the Competition
No purchase is required to participate in the competition. Everyone can participate for free by answering the competition questions.
The competition is subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Participants must answer all daily questions correctly to enter the weekly draw.
Winners will be announced weekly on Monday, and they will be contacted via the mobile number registered in the Panda app.
At the end of the month, a draw will be held for a car. To enter the draw, participants must answer all daily questions correctly.
The more orders you place, the higher your chances of winning the car.
Second: Prizes, Specifications, and Collection Conditions
The car's color and specifications depend on availability at the dealership or distributor.
The images displayed in the campaign advertisements do not necessarily reflect the final color, specifications, or model of the car.
The prize does not include insurance, registration, or transfer fees.
The winner is responsible for paying the costs of obtaining the car, the vehicle registration fees, any fines, and insurance, as well as completing the collection procedures from the dealership.
The winner must not have any outstanding traffic violations.
The winner must not have any service suspension that prevents them from claiming the prize.
The winner must collect the car from the branch specified by the organizing company.
The winner cannot authorize another person to collect the car on their behalf.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
Third: Winner's Obligations
The winner authorizes the organizing company to publish their photos and videos while receiving the prize on its social media platforms without objection or financial compensation.
If the winner is a woman, she has the right to authorize another person to be filmed during the prize collection, who in turn authorizes the organizing company to publish the photos and videos without objection or financial compensation.
The winner must sign a prize receipt acknowledgment, which will later be submitted to the Chamber of Commerce.
Fourth: Cases for Re-drawing
The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to redraw a new winner in the following cases:
Failure of the winner to respond to the organizer or the Chamber of Commerce representative.
The winner’s registered competition data does not match their personal information.
The winner is not eligible to claim the prize according to the terms.
Failure to comply with consumer protection regulations.
Fifth: Prize Substitution or Transfer
The winner is not entitled to request a prize exchange for another prize or a cash amount.
The winner is not allowed to register the car under another person's name.
All of the above is subject to the regulatory period stipulated in the approved regulations.
Sixth: Official Communication Channels
The following channels are considered official for communication and dispute resolution:

The notification dates through these channels will be determined within the regulatory framework to resolve any disputes that may arise.

06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
