THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “RULES”) CONTAINED HEREIN CONSTITUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE SPONSOR (DEFINED BELOW). BY ENTERING THE PRIZE DRAW (DEFINED BELOW), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT AND ABIDE BY THESE RULES IN THEIR ENTIRETY. 1.     THE PROMOTERa.     This prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is sponsored and operated by Modern Integrated Marketing Company with a mailing address of Al Khaldyah Dist, 7619 Abdullah Aba Al Khayl Street Jeddah (the “Promoter”). 2.     THE PRIZE DRAWa.     Entrants (defined below) may enter for a chance to win a Prize, as defined and described below.b.     There is a limit of one (1) entry per person for the Prize Draw and additional entries will be void. See Rule 3 below for entry details. 3.     HOW TO ENTERa.     The Prize Draw is open to all attendees of the 2025 LIV Golf Riyadh Event held between February 6-8 2025 (the “Event”) that are aged 18 years or over, except:                                               i.     employees, directors and officers, family members of Promoter, 54, LIV Golf, or their respective  holding or subsidiary companies; and                                              ii.     employees, directors, officers and any appointed agents or suppliers of the Event. 4.     ENTRY CONDITIONSa.     In entering the Prize Draw, an Entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so in conformance with these Rules and they are eligible to claim the Prize if they are the winner. The Promoter may require an Entrant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.b.     The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that are:                                               i.     Automatically generated by computer; or                                              ii.     Completed by third parties or in bulk.c.     Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Any individual found to be using multiple email addresses to enter will be ineligible.d.     Entry into the Prize Draw may be  gained by scanning a QR code on your phone or device or  completing the online entry form.  5.     THE PRIZEa.     The daily prize will be a bundle of Apple products which will be specified by the Promoter (the ‘Daily Prize”).b.     The grand prize will be a Lucid car. (the “Grand Prize”).c.     The Daily Prize and the Grand Prize together hereinafter (a “Prize” or “Prizes”).d.     The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Daily Prize or Grand Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value.e.     The Prize is not negotiable, exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash (unless agreed in writing with the Promoter). The winner is strictly prohibited from selling the Prize they won to any other person.f.      The winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable taxes (including income and withholding taxes) in respect of the Prize they have won and the Prize Draw.g.     The images displayed for the Grand Prize in the promotion campaign advertisement does not primarily express color or specifications and will depend on availability.h.     All Prize Draw entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be acknowledged. 6.     WINNERa.     The Winner of each Daily Prize and separately the Grand Prize will be selected at a random drawing from all Entrants  who have submitted an entry.b.     The drawing of the Daily Prize winner will take place before 23:59pm on each tournament day of play (06 February 2025 to 08 February 2025) at the Event and the Grand Prize will be drawn before 23:59pm on 08 February 2025.c.     Each Entrant agrees that the decision of the Promoter is final, binding and conclusive in all matters related to the Prize Draw.d.     The Promoter will contact the potential Winner personally as soon as practicable after selection, using the address provided to submit a Prize Draw entry. The Promoter will not amend any contact information after the Prize Draw entry has been submitted. The Promoter is not responsible for typos or errors in any Entrant’s Prize Draw entry.e.     The Winner of the Grand Prize:                                               i.     is responsible for all registration, licensing, transportation, shipping and handling fees and all obligatory insurances associated with receiving the Grand Prize;                                              ii.     is responsible for completing all procedures for receiving the Grand Prize from the Promoter;                                             iii.     must receive the Grand Prize from the car company branch specified by the Promoter;                                            iv.     shall not be allowed to authorize any other person to receive the Grand Prize on their behalf.f.      If the Winner of the Grand Prize is not a Saudi national or does not hold an iqama, but is holding a valid visa, they can request the Promoter to exchange the car with cash based on the market re-sale cash value. In such case, the Winner shall be responsible for all administrative and legal costs to sell the car and receive the cash value, and the Promoter shall have the explicit authority to set off from the cash received for any and all costs incurred with the aforementioned.g.     By entering the Prize Draw, an Entrant grants to the Promoter, 54, LIV Golf Inc., LIV Golf Ltd, LIV Golf Events Ltd and their respective affiliates, designees and third parties in perpetuity, the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display, the Entrant’s name, portrait, picture, likeness, image or statements about the Prize Draw, or any photograph, video content submitted by the Entrant (whether as part of their entry or to claim a Prize), for any purpose whatsoever concerning the businesses, activities, events, advertisements, promotions or marketing of the Promoter, 54, LIV Golf Inc., LIV Golf Ltd, LIV Golf Events Ltd and their respective affiliates, and parent and subsidiary companies, throughout the world, including, but without limitation, in connection with the Prize Draw, and related advertising, marketing, promotion, merchandising, as well as in connection with any other media or technology (including, without limitation, internet protocols, wireless or interactive platforms or interfaces) through which the Prize Draw or its affiliates, designees and third parties may distribute content to end users, whether now existing or hereafter developed. 7.     CLAIMING THE PRIZEa.     Details of the Prize will be confirmed to the Winner that has accepted the Daily Prize in accordance with Rule 7(d) by 23 February 2025 and the Grand Prize by 23 February 2025.b.     The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.c.     The following may result in disqualification of receiving a Prize:                                               i.     The Winner does not respond to the Official Notification from the Promoter or a Saudi Chamber of Commerce agent;                                              ii.     The Winner's data registered in the Prize Draw does not match his personal data provided;                                             iii.     The Winner is not eligible to receive the prize; or                                            iv.     Failure to adhere to any applicable Saudi consumer protection regulations.d.     The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the potential Winner in accordance with this Rule 7(d). If the potential Winner cannot be contacted or is not available, refuses the Prize, is ineligible to receive the Prize, has not claimed the Prize within 48 hours of the attempted notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received during the Entry Period. If necessary, the Promoter will contact up to two (2) alternate winners in order to award the Prize, time permitting, after which the Prize will go unawarded.e.     The Promoter is not responsible if a potential Winner is not able to accept or receive the Prize.f.      The potential Winner may be required to provide certain information, documentation or identification to the Promoter to comply with any tax obligations arising as a consequence of winning the Prize. Prize claim documents will be issued to the potential Winner. The Prize claim documents for the potential Winner may also include a declaration of eligibility/release of liability/Prize acceptance and publicity release (where permitted by law), all of which the potential Winner must complete and return within seven (7) days of the date the Prize claim documents are sent or provided to the potential Winner.g.     Failure of Winner to meet the eligibility criteria of the Prize Draw or submit any documentation and/or identification required may result in the potential Winner’s disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize and, in such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received during the Entry Period.h.     To the extent permitted pursuant to applicable law, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void, modify, suspend, extend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw (or any portion thereof) in the event the Promoter is prevented from executing the Prize Draw as contemplated herein by any event beyond the Promoter’s control. The Promoter reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate the Prize Draw, in whole or in part, or modify, suspend or extend the Prize Draw or Prize Draw materials in any way, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Prize Draw materials and/or Prize claim document is impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures, malfunctions or errors have destroyed or undermined the proper entry, integrity, and/or feasibility of the Prize Draw. 8.     DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY a.     The Promoter and other third parties may process the Entrant’s personal data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. By entering this Prize Draw, the Entrant grants, the Promoter and its designees or third parties permission to share the Entrant’s email address and any other personally identifiable data with its affiliates and third party agencies, for the purpose of selecting the Winner and facilitating the Prize. Your data will be processed and transferred to entities, some of which are outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Leaders Production Company Branch for verification of your credentials and separately LIV Golf Inc, LIV Golf Ltd and LIV Golf Events Ltd for marketing purposes. 9.     GENERAL a.     If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Rules, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude an Entrant from participating in the Prize Draw.b.     To the extent permitted pursuant to applicable law, the Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.c.     Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including legal fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. While the Promoter may take action against fraudulent activities of which they become aware, the Promoter assumes no responsibility or obligation to proactively police Entrants’ activities, or to investigate any or all claims of fraudulent activity. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 10.  DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIESa.     To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning the Prize in connection with the Prize Draw. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Prize will be provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter hereby disclaims all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. 11.  RELEASE AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATIONa.     Important: By participating in the Prize Draw, each Entrant hereby releases and agrees to hold the Promoter, 54, LIV Golf Inc., LIV Golf Ltd, LIV Golf Events Ltd and each of their respective affiliates, Prize partners, developers, licensors, digital/advertising/promotion agencies, and all of their shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (the “Promoter Entities and Promotional Partners”) harmless from and against any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Prize Draw or any Prize Draw-related activity or the receipt, use or misuse of the Prize.b.     By submitting an entry, the Entrant acknowledges and agrees that:                                               i.     Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, against any Promoter Entity or Promotional Partner (as specified above);                                              ii.     Entrant waives any right to claim ambiguity in these Rules;                                             iii.     the Promoter Entities and Promotional Partners are not responsible for any costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with: Incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for failure to receive entries due to any cause, including, without limitation, human, transmission, or technical problems, failures, or malfunctions of any kind, whether originating with the Entrant, with the Promoter Entities or Promotional Partner or otherwise, that may limit the Entrant’s ability to participate in the Prize Draw;                                            iv.     Incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by internet users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in connection with the entry (and the Promoter Entities and Promotional Partners assume no responsibility for any error, omission, malfunction, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, tampering, or hacking); to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Prize Draw (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, or any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages related to or based on the participant’s rights of publicity or privacy); or any claim by the Entrant for defamation or portrayal in a false light.c.     The Promoter Entities and Promotional Partners assume no responsibility for any damage to Entrant’s computer system, which is occasioned by accessing the website or social media pages, or submitting an entry, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. 12.  GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONa.     These Rules and the Prize Draw are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If any Entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of Riyadh.  
Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
