Persil Spin & Win Promotion

Terms & Conditions The “Spin & Win” Promotion (“The Promotion”) is valid from 30 January to 28 February, 2025 across KSA. Promotion is available to all residents of KSA, having a valid national identity or Passport, excluding in-store promoters, all and any subsidiary or affiliate companies of Persil (Henkel) Company, and any other individuals/groups involved in this promotion. Participation Conditions & Promotion Mechanism:1.     The participants can enter the competition with or without purchasing the promotional products.2.     To participate in the promotion, Customer needs visit www.winwithpersil.com and enter details from 30 January, 2025, from 00:01 am until 28 February, 2025, until 11:59 pm.3.     Participants can only increase their chances of winning by entering a valid proof of purchase and spinning the Digital Wheel.4.     To increase their chances, the Customer shall buy any of the Persil Gel product(s) worth SAR 50 from participating stores, and visit www.winwithpersil.com from 30 January, 2025 (from 00:01 am) until 28 February, 2025 (until 11:59 pm).5.     Only products purchased between 30 January- 28 February, 2025 (Both dates inclusive) will be eligible6.     The Customer shall follow the instructions for the Promotion by filling the online registration form entirely with his/her correct personal details: Full Name, Email Address, Phone number7.     The Customer must upload online at least (1) picture of the full valid printed receipt with the purchased product(s) name, receipt/invoice number, and the date of purchase visible and readable.8.     The employees of Persil (Henkel), affiliate companies and their immediate family members (parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, in- laws -mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, and son- and spouses) are excluded from the Promotion. Any participation of these persons in the Promotion in violation of this term shall be considered automatically void.9.     At any stage of the Promotion, if usage of unlawful methods or cheating by a participating Customer is discovered, the same will result in disqualification and ban of further participation of that participant from the Promotion. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a Customer to automatically enter the competition is prohibited.  Winners Eligibility 1.     The Winners will receive a confirmation email once they win with details of the prize2.     Winners will receive their prize within 30 days of the draw date.3.     Winners are requested to present valid ID, Original invoice/receipt of their proof of purchase of the Persil product(s).4.     The Company shall not entertain any claim by the Winner(s) citing problems of a technical malfunction of his/her computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software while claiming the prizes in case if he/she is a lucky Winner.5.     If any Winner is subsequently found ineligible/illegal to participate in the Promotion, the Company may, at their sole discretion, forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in such manner and to such person as it deems fit.         Raffle Draw Prize Details: Three (3) Winners will be chosen through a raffle draw on 2nd  March, 2025 by Chamber of Commerce to win  HappyYOU Vouchers worth (SAR 300) Instant Prizes details: a.     Custom Laundry Cabinet voucher from Home Centreb.      Fabric Steamer Voucher from Extrac.      HappyYOU Vouchersd.     Digital Booklet with Cleaning Tips 1.     Prizes are non-transferable and are not subject to refund, division or exchange for any other item or cash.2.     Prizes will be awarded “as is” and the Company makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, in fact, or in law, concerning any prize, its use, value, or enjoyment.3.     The Vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue4.     The model and colour of Fabric Steamer is subject to availability Other Terms: 1.      By participating in this Promotion, Customers agree with the privacy of Persil (Henkel). Persil (Henkel)  is responsible for the collection, processing, and use of personal data of the Customers. Persil (Henkel) will use the personal data of the participants only within the scope of the legal provisions of the data protection law. Persil (Henkel) will store, process, and use the information only insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the contest, or if the Customer has given his/her consent. This also includes the use for exercising the granted usage rights. Persil (Henkel) will only use the data for the performance of the Promotion. Afterward, the personal data of Customers will be deleted. The Customer can at any time request information on the data stored for him / her. In the case of a prize, the winner agrees to the publication of his / her name and city of residence in the advertising media used by Persil (Henkel). This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of Persil (Henkel) and its social media channels.2.      Participation in the Promotion constitutes the Customer's consent for the Company and its affiliated companies to use his/her name(s), personal information, and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Promotion and advertising purposes only without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All information shall be handled and used in accordance with relevant data protection laws and the Company’s privacy policy.3.      The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, cost, or expense whatsoever, including without limitation to, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with the participation in the Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize.4.      If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation :- infection  by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, the act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having the force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of the Company, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Company, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right after getting Chamber of Commerce approval in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Promotion and/or the entry process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any e-mail account, or any combination thereof.5.      The Promotion and these terms and conditions are subject to the law and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The decision(s) of the Company in connection with all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and non- appealable. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the offer herein, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all concerned.6.      The Company reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this Promotion including the right to substitute any prize for an item of equal value after getting Chamber of Commerce approval.7.      By participating in this Promotion, Customer acknowledges that he/she has reviewed and accepted the above Terms and Conditions. 
Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
