Terms & Conditions
First: Regarding participation in the competition:
1. No purchase is required to participate in the competition and everyone has the right to participate for free by scanning the competition code and filling in the data once.
2. The competition terms are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Second: The prize, its specifications and conditions for receiving it:
1- The color and specifications of the car depend on availability at the agency or distributor
2- The image displayed for the prizes in the campaign advertisement does not primarily express its color or specifications
3- The prize does not include insurance, registration and transportation fees
4- The winner is responsible for the car extraction fees, driving license fees, violations and insurance and is responsible for completing the procedures for receiving the car from the agency
5- The winner must have a record free of traffic violations
6- The winner must not have any service suspension
7- The winner must receive the car from the branch specified by the company organizing the campaign
8- The winner is not entitled to authorize another person to receive the car on his behalf
9- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred
Third: Regarding the winner's status:
1. The winner authorizes the campaign organizer to publish photos and videos of receiving the prize on their social media platforms and those on their behalf without any objection from them or requesting compensation or financial compensation for publishing.
2. If the winner is a woman, she has the right to authorize someone to be photographed receiving the prize and authorizes the campaign organizer to publish photos and videos of receiving the prize on their social media platforms and those on their behalf without any objection from them or requesting compensation or financial compensation for publishing.
3. The winner will sign the prize receipt statement to submit it to the Chamber of Commerce later.
Fourth: Cases of redrawing:

3. All of the above shall be within the regular period stipulated in the regulations.
Sixth: Official means of communication:
1. WhatsApp, text messages, email or any of them are considered official means of communication that are recognized and end any dispute, and the date of the messages will be determined through them within their regular scope, to end any dispute that occurs.

06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
