Terms and Conditions for an Online Marketing Contest through a Random DrawEligibility: Participation is open to all individuals residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whether citizens or residents.Age Group: Participation is open to all age groups.Car Ownership: Participation is allowed whether the participant owns a car or not, as winners can bring any vehicle to claim the prize. Each winner is entitled to one prize, which can be applied to only one car.Contest Period: From September 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024.Participation Requirements: Participants are required to follow the company’s social media accounts during the contest period. These actions will count as entries for the draw:twitter.com/autohubksainstagram.com/autohubksaWinner Selection: 94 winners will be selected in October 2024 through a random computerized draw conducted by the Service Centers Administration under the Chamber of Commerce’s supervision with a permit for conducting a commercial contest. The winner will be notified via the same social media platform through which they participated and must respond to the message on the platform to claim their prize within 2024. The right to claim the prize expires after December 31, 2024.Prizes:Interior and exterior polishing: 25 winnersStandard protection: 23 winnersCovers one-third of the hood, one-third of the fender, bumper, headlights, fog lights, front roof, rails, mirrors, door edges, and interior door handles.Interior and exterior Nano coating: 23 winnersThermal window tinting: 23 winnersPrize Conditions: Prizes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The company reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary, at its discretion.Privacy: By entering the contest, participants agree to the company’s use of their personal information, including their name, phone number, and email address, for marketing purposes and for processing their information for these purposes.Publicity: Winners agree to allow the company to use their names and accounts for promotional purposes. They also unconditionally grant the company the right to use promotional materials (videos or photos) produced during the delivery of the car care services (interior and exterior polishing, standard protection, interior and exterior Nano coating, and window tinting) and allow these materials to be used and publicly shared across the company’s various channels, including social media, for advertising and promotional purposes.
Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
