Chuck E Cheese Jeddah season of fun and surprises

1. The offer starts from 07/25/2024 until 09/23/2024.
2. To be eligible to enter the drawer, customers must register via the code at Chuck E. Cheese stores during the offer period.
3. The withdrawal mechanism will be under the Jeddah Chamber’s regulations.
4. Four winners during the season with four cars (Chery Arrizo 5) 2024.
5. The draw will occur every two weeks from the start of the campaign on Monday.
6. Gifts subject to the draw are not returnable or exchangeable. Hadeel Jeddah Company (Chuck E. Cheese) does not take responsibility for the costs of transporting the car or any belongings after the winner receives the prize.
7. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the draw:
8. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives (including their family members) who work for Hadeel Jeddah (this includes all its branches and subsidiaries)
9. To obtain the prize, the winner must submit all identification cards and documents required by Hadeel Jeddah Company and Mohammed Yousef Al Naghi Motors Company.
10. The winner acknowledges and agrees that Hadeel Jeddah Company and its subsidiaries have the right to publish and announce his full name, photo, and video clips using all or any forms of media, including but not limited to the company’s official website and its accounts on social media.
11. Hadeel Jeddah Company (Chuck E. Cheese) awards the prize on an as-is basis without any express or implied guarantees. Participants understand that the award is subject to its terms and conditions with Mohammed Yousef Al Naghi Motors Company (or its specific affiliates that will supply the vehicle), and the winner must adhere to these terms and conditions.
12. If the winner does not receive the prize, either:
13. Within 7 days of receiving notification from the company stating that the vehicle is registered and ready for collection, or by October 10, 2024, whichever comes first, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and it will be refunded.
14. The winner acknowledges and agrees they are expected to participate in reasonable advertising activities and promotional events promoting Chuck E. Cheese.
15. Hadeel Jeddah Company (Chuck E. Cheese) reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to exclude any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper during the registration and subscription process, activates the competition or the website, or violates any part of these terms and conditions.
16. Hadeel Jeddah Company (Chuck E. Cheese) reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the withdrawal process in case of any pandemic, epidemic, widespread disease virus spread, or human intervention. Unauthorized, unexpected weather conditions, including but not limited to torrents, storms, floods, or any other events that are out of control and negatively affect its management, security, transparency, or the proper conduct of the withdrawal process.

Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
