Terms & Conditions
1. All Branch of Emirates
NBD Bank – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“Emirates NBD”) customers are eligible for
one chance to enter the draw.
2. It is not
necessary for existing customers to obtain any services to
participate in the campaign.
3. This offer is
valid for all branch of Emirates NBD Existing KSA customers: (All Emirates NBD
Financing products customers and applicants with forms dated before the
Campaign starting date, even if funded during the campaign period) and new
customers: (All applicants with forms dated and funded during the Campaign
period).
4. Campaign Period: From 1
January till 29 February 2024.
5. Total number of
Winners: 101 winner.
6. First 100 winners
based on draw will get a Smartphone.
7. One Winner 1 will
get a Luxury Car.
8. Registration, insurance
charges, service package and any applicable taxes will be borne by the winner.
9. Vehicle handover ceremony will be in Riyadh.
10. Each participant
is eligible to win one prize only (The condition of one prize for each winner
applies across all Emirates NBD KSA campaigns during the campaign period).
11. The customer does
not reserve the right to substitute the prize.
12. Emirates NBD has
the right to reject any new application that does not fulfill the bank’s policy
and criteria.
13. To achieve
transparency and credibility, the name and mobile number of the participant
will be shared with the Saudi Chamber of Commerce to conduct the draw and
select the winners. The customer accepts sharing their details with the Chamber
of Commerce.
14. The winner of any
prize agrees to participate in the media activity accompanying the announcement
of the prize winners.
15. This offer cannot
be used with any other promotions or offers.
16. Emirates NBD Employees
are excluded from this campaign.
17. The draw shall be
made under the supervision of the Saudi Chamber of Commerce with designated
authorized entity.
18. Dormant accounts,
Blocked Credit Cards or delinquent Personal Finance, Home Finance, Auto lease or
Credit Card customers will be excluded from the draw.
19. Additional
chances for Personal Finance, Home Finance and Auto lease will be calculated
subject to financing disbursal, in case the financing is
canceled and /or not booked during the campaign period customer will not be
eligible for the additional chances.
20. For Personal
Finance, Home Finance and Auto lease, contracts must be
active at the time of the draw.
21. In case of
contract closure or cancelation with the customer, the chances will not be
counted.
22. For Credit Cards,
card should be active to enter the draw.
23. Lucky draw will
be conducted after 10 days following the campaign period in March 2024.
24. The winners will
be announced immediately after the draw, and the prizes will be delivered
within a maximum of 10 business days from the date of the
announcement.
25. Maximum of 30
calendar days would be given to the winner from the date of announcement to
collect their prize else the prize would be withdrawn from the winner and
another draw will be conducted for this prize.
26. In case of
discrepancies between the Arabic & English version, the Arabic text shall
prevail.
27. Branch of Emirates
NBD - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s products terms

10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
