Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions:
1. It is not necessary for customers to obtain any services to participate in the campaign.
2. All Branch of Emirates NBD- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“ENBD”) credit card holders are eligible to enter the draw with one chance to enter the draw.
3. This offer is valid for ENBD credit cards holders existing and new customers.
4. Campaign Period: From 22 June till 20 August 2023.
5. Total number of Winners 100
To increase the chances of winning:
6. Upon obtaining a ENBD Visa Credit Card during the campaign period the customer will get 5 chances to enter the draw (card must be active and at least one transaction conducted during the campaign period)
7. For every accumulated SAR 500 in foreign currency spent internationally, customer will get 10 chance to enter the draw
8. Chances are calculated based on multiples of SAR 500 in foreign currency and for international transactions only.
9. The winners will get SAR 10,000 each.
10. SADAD transaction, cash withdrawal, and digital wallet transactions are not included in the offer.
11. Purchases within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not eligible to enter the offer.
12. International spend definition: Transaction conducted outside of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in non-SAR currency.
Example: New credit Card holder: Customer obtained Emirates NBD Credit card and used it for SAR 2400 international spend during the campaign period, will be calculated as 45 chances in the draw (5 chances for obtaining the credit card and 40 chances for spending).
Existing Credit Card holder: SAR 2400 is the total international spend customer chances will be calculated as 40 chances in the draw.
13. Transaction should be posted to be considered as eligible spend, transactions that are not posted are not eligible for the offer.
14. Refunds/ reversal will be excluded from total spend calculation.
15. Cards that are blocked or delinquent at the time of the draw will be excluded from the promotion.
16. This offer cannot be used with any other promotions or offers.
17. ENBD Employees are excluded from this campaign
18. The draw will take place under the supervision of the chamber of commerce/ designated authorized entity.
19. The winner agrees to participate in the media activity accompanying the announcement of the prize winners.
20. Card must be active at the time of depositing the prize. Inactive and blocked cards will be excluded.
21. To achieve transparency and credibility, the name and Mobile number of the participant will be shared with the Chamber of Commerce to draw and select the winners.
22. The cash prize will be credited to ENBD credit cards only, the cash prize will be credited to the winners by Oct. 31, 2023 (The winners will be announced immediately after the draw, and the prizes will be delivered within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of the announcement).
23. Each Participant is eligible to win one Prize only.
24. The customer does not reserve the right to substitute the prize.
25. Transactions on the supplementary Credit Cards will be counted under the main Credit Card account.
26. Terms and conditions for branch of Emirates NBD-Kingdom of Saudi Arabia credit cards shall apply.
27. Branch of Emirates NBD has the right to reject any new credit card request.

08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
