  Participant has a right to win only one time. A winner must provide proof of identity to claim the prize and if found that he participated in different identity he will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected instead.The Promoter reserves the right to alter the dynamics of the prizes due to any unforeseen circumstances.  a)      Promoter's decision is final regarding the winner selection and no correspondence will be entered into this regard. b)      In case of a minor (below 18 eighteen years old), permission must be obtained by guardians of the minor. c)      Prizes awarded in this Promotion may not be exchanged. Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for another prize of similar value. All prizes are non-transferable into cash. Substitution of prizes by the winners is prohibited. 08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
