Terms & Conditions
- Only the participants that scanned the code on Dawaa Instagram post will be eligible.
- Entry terms and conditions are final. Entry into competition signifies prior acceptance of all terms and conditions stated above. Entries that fail to meet the previously stated terms and conditions will be disregarded.
- Participants must be current residents in KSA.
- Each applicant is eligible to participate once
- The winner must provide a valid ID card.
- Members of any entity that belongs to the contest are prohibited from entering
- If the Winner doesn’t meet the raffle criteria then Herbal Essences committee will have the right to choose another winner randomly that meets the requirements
- Contest administration reserves the right to reject any application without giving any reasons
- After the winners are selected, Herbal Essences committee shall communicate with the winner, If a winner fails to reply within one day of the contact attempt, Herbal Essences committee retain the right to presume the winner withdrew and forfeited the prize and hence another winner shall be selected
- Saudi time ( 3 + GMT) is the approved reference for all announced dates and time.
- Terms and Privacy Policy. You are at least 18 years of age and have read and agree to the P&G Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. To better customize our communications to your interests, we will combine the data (“We collect and may combine information we receive from you when you call us or visit our sites or apps, when you use our devices, when you view our online advertisements, or that we obtain from commercially available sources.”) you are providing above with other data we may have collected about you from multiple sources and third parties.
- Participants will receive emails, offers, and coupons from HE and other trusted P&G brands.
- Participants will receive text messages, offers, and coupons from P&G brands. We will contact you via SMS approximately 4 – 6 times a year and in line with our Privacy Policy.
Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
