Big Win Promotion   (1)     The Big Win Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized by ROI Arabia for Consultancy & Research Co. Ltd. (the “Promoter”). The Promotion is open to all residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aged 18 years and above, except for the following: employees (and their families), representatives and agents of the Promoter, Al-Rajhi Bank, and MIL Overseas Limited, and their respective affiliates and subsidiary companies (including anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion).   Family member referred to in these terms and conditions includes but is not limited to: spouse, ex- spouse, child or step child, parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.   (2)   The period of the Promotion is from 22 March 2021 to 20 May 2021, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).   (3)   The Promotion is open to any MoneyGram customer (the “Customer”) who successfully completes a MoneyGram money transfer and send transaction through Tahweel Al Rajhi in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the Promotion Period (the “Qualifying Transaction”).   (4)   Upon a Customer successfully completing a Qualifying Transaction, the Customer will be eligible to enter into a draw to win 2,500 Saudi Riyal in cash (the “Prize”).   (5)   Three draws will be conducted by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce on the following dates: (1) 19 April 2021, (2) 11 May 2021 and (3) 1 June 2021. On each draw, there will be twenty (20) Customers selected as winners, each receiving the Prize. Total of 60 winners for the Promotion Period. The total prize pool for the Promotion is 150,000 Saudi Riyal.   (6)   If any winner is subsequently found not eligible to participate in this Promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion forfeit or reclaim the Prize and award or dispose of the same in such manner and to such person as it deems fit.   (7)   Winners will be notified by the Promoter and will receive the Prize within one (1) month of the draw. The Promoter will distribute the Prize to the winners in Riyadh and Jeddah.  Failure to collect the Prize within the specified time and/or manner, the Prize will result in forfeiture of the prize at Promoter’s discretion and be awarded to the following Customer selected from list of winning candidates.   (8)   To claim the Prize, winners must present at least one (1) valid ID and any other document as may be requested by the Promoter and as accepted by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce.   (9)   Winners are responsible for tax liability, where applicable.   (10) By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by the Promoter at their sole discretion.   (11) Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion shall be liable for any loss nor damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with the use of the Prize.   (12) The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the Promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside of its control. These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.   (13)  These terms and conditions supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Promotion.
Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
