PICK UP! ‘PLAY & WIN (the “Promotion”)TERMS & CONDITIONS The Promotion is organized and promoted by Bahlsen MENA (the “Company”) for the brand “PICK UP!” located in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.This text is the contract that governs the relationship between the Company and you (the “Consumer(s)” or “Winner(s)”) in contracting the activation of the Promotion.The Consumer shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions laid herein.It is at the absolute discretion of the Consumer to participate in the Promotion.The Company reserves the right to revise the T&Cs at any time and you will be notified of such revision(s) by posting an updated version on www.winwithpickup.com.You are responsible for regular review of the T&Cs. Article 1: Scopea)      The Promotion & online entries submissions will be from February 15, 2021 at 00:01am until March 15, 2021 at 11:59pm included.b)     The Company reserves the right to extend the last day of submission of entries without prior notice.c)      The Promotion is valid only in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA”) for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia residents only, aged 18 years old or older, having a valid Passport (not expiring within 6 months)   Article 2: Participation Conditions & Promotion Mechanisma)      To enter the Promotion, Participants must connect to www.winwithpickup.com within the date of the Promotion, from the 15th of February 2021 at 00:01 to the 15th of March 2021 at 23:59.b)     After this date, no more participation will be possible, unless the Company decides to extend the validity of the Promotion.c)      The Consumer shall follow the instructions for the Promotion by filling the online registration form entirely with his/her correct details: First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Phone number.                         I.         The Consumer shall be responsible for giving his/her correct and complete information to participate in the Promotion. The Company will not be responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or false participant’s information.                        II.         Invalid entries (late, illegible, incomplete and/or corrupt) will not be accepted.d)     The Consumer must play the online game on www.winwithpickup.com for a chance to win prizes.e)      Consumers will be prompted to play a Mega Jump game to earn a high score to win exciting prizes.f)      The top 5 scorers will win Gaming Consoles.g)      Next top 250 scorers will win Happy Cards and Pick Up! Gift hampers through a draw.h)     50 Pick Up! gift hampers will be distributed through a draw among all participants regardless of their score.i)       In case he/she does not rank as the top 255 on the leaderboard, he/ she will still automatically be registered in the raffle draw for a chance to win other prizes.j)       The raffle draw winners will be selected on 22 March 2021k)      The Consumer can participate several times with the same email but win only one time during the whole promotion.l)       At any stage of the Promotion, if usage of unlawful methods or cheating by a participating Consumer is discovered, the same will result in disqualification and ban of further participation of that participant from the Promotion. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a Consumer to automatically enter the competition is prohibited. Article 3: Winners’ eligibilitya)      Only the top 5 scorers will be eligible to win the Sony Gaming Consoles.b)     Next top 250 scorers will win Happy Cards and Pick Up! Gift hampers through a draw.c)      50 Pick Up! gift hampers will be distributed through a draw among all participants regardless of their score.d)     The Winners will receive a confirmation email from the company requesting for his/ her details in order to arrange the prize delivery.e)      The Company reserves the rights to exclude a Winner from the participants list if he/she is not matching with the terms and conditions of eligibility, based upon the below mentioned reasons:                                  I.         Fake identity or incorrect personal information                                 II.         Cheating suspicion                                III.         Information requested not received on time                               IV.         Any other reasons deemed by the Company as invalidf)      The decision of the Company shall be final and binding. Gift hampersd)     Company's decision is final regarding the selection of Winners and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.e)      Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes or other consideration.f)      Prizes will be awarded “as is” and the Company makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, concerning any prize, its use, value or enjoyment. Article 5: Prize Collectiona)      The Winners of the Gaming Consoles and the Pick up! Gift hampers will receive a winning email requesting their details in order for the company to arrange the prize collection of the winner.b)     The winners should come and collect the prizes from the representative partner's branches in the Kingdom.c)      The winners of the Yougotagift Happy Cards will receive their prize link directly via email.d)     The winners are fully responsible to share their correct details with us.e)      Company reserves the right to forfeit the winner’s right on the prize for failure of the winner to claim the prize within the specified period. No claims will be entertained for non-receipt of timely information and / or collection of prizes. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding. The Company shall not entertain any claim by the winner(s) citing problems of technical malfunction of his/her computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software while registering to participate or in claiming the prizes in case of he / she is being a lucky winner.f)      Bahlsen MENA shall not be responsible for any matter related to the prize after receiving and during the use of it.  Article 7: Intellectual Property Usage Rights & Legal Disclaimersa)      The Consumer hereby grants to the Company, at no cost, the unconditional, perpetual right and authority to publish and broadcast anywhere in the world, for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes and in any media, his/her name, image, likeness and/or photograph, video footage or audio record taken of him/her, taken during and for the purpose of the relevant promotions, except where prohibited by law.b)     Of all the prizes, only the Pick Up! Gift hampers can be shared on winner’s social media accounts.c)      The consumer can only share the game related content during the campaign and after it related to only PICK UP! And not any other brand.d)     Participation in the Promotion constitutes the Consumer's permission for the Company and its affiliated companies to use his/her name(s), personal information and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Promotion and advertising purposes only without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.e)      The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation to, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with the participation in the Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize. Article 8: Promotiona)      If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of the Company, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Company, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Promotion and/or the entry process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any e-mail account or any combination thereof.b)     The Company reserves the right to alter / withdraw the game scheme at any time without prior intimation, including the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this Promotion including the right to substitute any prize for an item of equal value. The Company will be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify the Promotion or to modify the T&Cs at any time prior to the closing date, by posting the revised T&Cs in the following URL www.winwithpickup.comc)      The decision(s) of the Company in connection with all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and non-appealable.d)     In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the offer herein, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all concerned.  
 
Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
