The Participants and by opening accounts through inserting their personal required data will have the wallpaper digital instant prize and the chance to win the final prize of baking appliances worth up to SAR 5,000.
Participants who are been selected based on incorrect details will be forfeited from the Campaign. Moreover, Participants who provides incorrect details shall be cancelled from the Campaign. PrizesParticipant has a right to win only one time. A winner must provide proof of identity to claim the prize and if found that he participated in different identity he will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected instead.The Promoter reserves the right to alter the dynamics of the prizes due to any unforeseen circumstances. a) Promoter's decision is final regarding the winner selection and no correspondence will be entered into this regard.b) In case of a minor (below 18 eighteen years old), permission must be obtained by guardians of the minor.c) Prizes awarded in this Promotion may not be exchanged. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Promotion and/or the entry process. 08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
