How to enter the contest:
1-Visit branch Nahdi pharmacies
2-Read the competition's barcode displayed in the section through the application.
3-Approve the terms and conditions.
4-Press the Check button to get the contest barcode and enter the draw.
Terms and Conditions:
1) Contest from 24 Aug to 13 September
2) Nahdi company will sponsor school / university Tuition fees for the year 2019-2020, for ten students ( maximum value 20,000 SR for each -student)
3) Winners should be the student or one of his parents
4) Winner should submit the following documents within two weeks of winners announcement , or the prize will be cancelled
I. Photo copy of national ID or Iqama
II. Winner bank account number( IBAN card) or his parents bank account number
III. University / school pill for the year 2019/2020, Nahdi company will pay value in the pill with maximum 20,000 SR
IV. Document that proves relation between winner and student
5) Bank transfer will be applied for the winners or his parents
6) Guests could participate once in the contest
7) Nahdi employees and their families cannot participate in the contest
8) Nahdi company not responsible ,if the winners didn’t answer his mobile for three days ,and other winner will be selected
9) Nahdi company has the right to take use winners images on social media platforms to announce contest result , without any legal responsibility and free of charge , if winners didn’t accept , Nahdi has the right to select another winner
10) Purchase not obligatory for participation
Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
