Please read the important terms below carefully before participating in the competition.
- Purchase is not mandatory to enter the contest.
- The following categories are not entitled to participate in the competition, in order to achieve transparency. They are:
• All Seasons and the organizers of the Jeddah season project and their families.
• All employees of the company operating the system and their families.
• All employees of participating malls, shopkeepers and their families.
- The committee for sorting commercial competitions in Jeddah Chamber has the right to reclaim prizes from these categories in the event that one of them wins.
- The Jeddah Chamber of Commerce Competition Screening Committee has the right to withdraw the prize from the participants who won it. It was later revealed that they had participated in more than one mobile number and that the draw was re-listed.
- If the contestant fails to respond to the prize for 30 days, he / she will be entitled to take the prize out of the competition and withdraw the prize.
- The winners are required to submit a valid legal identity upon receipt of the prize.
- If the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in Saudi Arabia, it will be excluded and the withdrawal will be made again
- In the case of repeated win for the same participant in the competition depends on the delivery of the first prize only
- The winners will sign the award receipt.
- A copy of the winners' identity will be taken and the photo will be signed as proof of receipt of the prizes
- The contest and the names and photographs of the winners will be published on social networking sites
- The winner is not entitled to replace the prize in cash or exchange it with other products and must receive it himself or under a valid legal agency stating receipt of the prize
- In the event that the contestant rejects any of the terms and conditions of the competition, the Committee for the classification of commercial competitions in the Jeddah Chamber may cancel his prize and make a new draw for another contestant.
- The competition screening committee in Jeddah Chamber will also exclude any participant if he does not meet the conditions and provisions.
- The terms and conditions of the Competition shall be governed by the laws and regulations of commercial competitions in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.

15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
