How to enter the contest:

• Visit one of the Danube branches
• Jeddah (Red Sea Mall, Al Serifi Mega Mall, Al Salam Mall, Madinah Al Munawwarah Road, Tahlia)
• Riyadh (Al Hayat Mall, Al Nakhla Mall, Al Rawabi Mall, Al Ghadeer Mall, Panorama Mall)
• Read the competition's barcode displayed in the section next to the product through the application
• Approve the terms and conditions
• Press the check button to get the contest bar code and enter the draw

Terms & Conditions:

1. Terms & Conditions are subject to the rules of the KSA, and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. The draw is open to anyone over 18yrs of age and No Purchase Necessary
3. Employees or agencies of Henkel Arabia for Home & Personal Care Products or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
4. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
5. Henkel Arabia for Home & Personal Care Products may request photography with the winner for marketing purposes and  the winner will be posted on social networking sites
6. Henkel Arabia for Home & Personal Care Products accepts no responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. 
7. The prize is not exchangeable for cash of any kind, and is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be subject to mortgage for any third party.
8. The opening date of the competition “win with Persil” is on 16 May 2019
9. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 23:59 on 14 June 2019.  Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
10. 24 winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  The draw will be performed electronically in witness with the Chamber of Commerce representative.  
11. The draw will take place on 24 June, 2019.
12. In case the winner does not respond or does not receive the prize within one week of the draw, the gift will be transferred to another winner
13. Gift will be granted once only; in case of repeated win for the same participant
14. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Henkel Arabia for Home & Personal Care Products shall be entitled to select another winner.

Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
