How to participate in the competition:

First Method:

Read the dedicated barcode for the contest located inside the Top Center branch located at the old Makkah Road, Kilo 4, in Jeddah by applying ecopon.

Terms & Conditions:

•  THE COMPANY DOES NOT BEAR ANY ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES TO REGISTER THE CAR EITHER FROM THE PLATES OR INSURANCEOR TRAFFIC VIOLATION AND OTHER, TO THE RECIPIENT OF THE AWARD, AND THE COMPANY HAS THE RIGHT TO RETAIN THE AWARD IF THE EXPENSES ARE NOT COMPLETIONS WITHIN A MONTH FROM THE DATE OF THE DRAW ON THE AWARD.
•  THE COMPANYHAS THE RIGHT TO RETAIN THE AWARD IF IT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE WINNER WITHIN A MONTH FROM THE DATE OF THE DRAW.
•  PRIZES ARE GIVEN TO THE WINNERS PERSONALLY UNDER THE ID AND RESIDENCE CARD, AND IF THE WINNER UNDER THE AGE OF 14 HE OR SHE MUST ACCOMPANY THE PARENT UPON RECEIVING THE AWARD.
•  THE COMPANY HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE WINNER OF ANY PARTICIPANT IN ANY AWARD OR STOP THE COMPETITION ANY TIME AND DOES NOT ANTAIL ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS BY THE PARTICIPANTS

•  THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY OR THEIR FAMILIES OR THE ORGANIZERS IN THE CERAMONY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPTITION.
•  IS NOT ALLOWED FOR THE SAME PERSON TO WIN TWO AWARDS.
•  THE NAMES OF THE WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON THE PLACE OF THE COMPETION AND THROUG THE SPECIAL PROGRAM OF THE COMPETION (ECOPON) AND THROUGH TEXT MESSAGES

Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
