How to enter the contest:

Terms and Conditions:
1. Visit one of Khayal branches for the chance to enter to win a trip to Bursa, Turkey and SAR 5000.
2. This prize includes Economy return flights from KSA – Turkey – KSA, plus SAR 5000 towards accommodation and spending money. This prize is valid for use by two adults and two children (up to age of 12) only.
3. All travel must be completed by December 1st, 2019. Availability is subject to availability during school and public holidays and is subject to seat and room availability in the applicable booking class. 
4. Passengers are responsible for paying their own transportation costs to and from KSA airport, along with any visa costs, any insurance, additional personal incidentals or additional accommodation costs required for travelling to Turkey.
5. Prize is valid KSA – Turkey – KSA only and cannot be utilised to any other destination.
6. The prize-winner prize may only be utilised by the prize winner and immediate family members and may not be sold for monetary gain.
7. If the winner has a legitimate excuse and they can’t fly to Turkey they will be given SAR 5000 only instead.
8. The prize money of SAR 5000 will be given to the prize winner in the form of a cheque which will be required to be collected from Khayal Restaurant Head office in Jeddah. This cheque is non-transferable and is valid only for the prize winner and correct name information being provided.
9. All flights are subject to availability at the time of booking. The number of seats available for this offer is restricted and consequently, on occasion, seats allocated to this offer may be fully booked even though they appear available for sale.
10. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that all passport, visa and exchange control requirements are adhered to.
11. Once a booking has been confirmed, no date changes to the reservation are permitted. Seats will be subject to availability. If a booking is cancelled or a passenger fails to check-in for the reserved flight, no replacement prize/s will be issued. No cash alternative can be offered for the flight prize.
12. Once prizes have been issued, Khayal restaurant cannot or shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID upon receiving the prize.
12 - Changing an account information that has participated in a contest that has not yet been drawn, will deprive its owner of winning even if he wins.
13 - In the event that the name of the winner does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it will be disqualified and the drawing will be re-drawn again.
14 - If the winner's name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be excluded and the draw will be repeated again.
15 - Reading (award receipt card) created from the (eCopon) system by the competition organizing company is considered an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the award.
16 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud case against people who filled out the acknowledgment form with incorrect data that does not match the legal identity (national ID, resident ID).
17 - Entering the competition is an implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - The Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is the operator of the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, delivery or exchange of prizes, but this is done by the company, sponsor or organizer of the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Co., Ltd. (eCopon) is an operator of the competition system only, and has no relationship in the event that one of the parties breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the facility) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has nothing to do in any way with these competitions.
