How to participate in the competition:
- Reading the barcode through the application and located in one of the branches of the Applebee's in the KSA
- Press the Check button to get the contest bar code and enter the draw
- Approve the terms and conditions
- The competition and promotion thereof are subjected to the rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the supervision of Ministry of Commerce
- This competition requires NO purchase or minimum order
- The winner is entitled to claim ONE prize only
- No cash or alternatives prize is available
- The competition will be from (01/09/2018) to (12/10/2018), The Prize Draw will take place on (18/10/2018)
- It is not necessary for the participants to be present at the time of the draw
- The winner must bring his/her original ID to claim the prize
- The prize is not transferrable
- Applebee's KSA is entitled to send promotional messages to the participants’ mobile numbers
- Tarfeeh Employees and their families as well as employees of related advertising agencies are not eligible to enter the draw
Terms and Conditions (eCopon):
01 - The purchase is not required to enter the competition.
02 - The conditions of the competition are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
03 - Chambers of Commerce employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
04 - Employees of the operating company and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
05 - Advertising and publicity agency employees and their first-degree families are not entitled to participate in competitions.
06 - The employees of the company that owns the competition and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the competition related to it.
07 - The employees of the participating malls and their families of the first degree are not entitled to participate in the respective competition.
08 - The name must be identical to the legal identity in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
09 - If it is found that there is more than one account for one person, all accounts will be canceled without exception, including the main account, in order to demonstrate his circumvention of the systems, and he will be deprived of all the prizes he won under these accounts.
10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it is found in the regular identity (national ID, resident ID).
