is not necessary for customers to obtain any services to participate in the
campaign.

Branch of Emirates NBD- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“ENBD”) credit card holders
are eligible to enter the draw with one chance to enter the draw.

Second:
Prize Condition:
1.
The image displayed of the prizes in the campaign
advertisement does not necessarily reflect their actual appearance.
Third:
Winner's Conditions:
1. The winner must obtain the necessary
permits to enter the country where the event is held and prove they have a
valid USA visa within 5 days of the winner announcement. If they fail to
provide proof of a valid USA visa within the specified period, the bank
reserves the right to redraw for new winners and/or withdraw the prize and
dispose of it as the bank sees fit.
2. The winner authorizes the campaign
organizing company to publish pictures and videos of the prize acceptance on
their social media platforms and without any objection or demand for
compensation or financial payment from the winner.
3. If the winner is a female, she has
the right to appoint a representative to receive the prize on her behalf, and
this representative authorizes the organizing company to publish pictures and
videos of the prize acceptance on their social media platforms and those of
their representatives without any objection or demand for compensation or
financial payment from the winner.
4. The winner will sign a prize receipt
form to be submitted to the chamber of commerce.
Fourth:
Redraw Conditions:
The
bank has the rights to redraw for another winner in the following cases:
1. The winner does not respond to the
bank or the chamber employee (within 24hours from the announcement).
2. The winner's registered information
in the contest does not match their personal information.
3. The winner is not eligible to
receive the prize.
4. Emirates NBD Branch
reserves the right to exclude the winner if any of the previous conditions or
any travel requirements related to attending the event (example: obtaining a valid
USA visa within 5 days of the winner announcement) are not met. The bank also
reserves the right to redraw new winners and/or withdraw the prize and dispose
the prize as the bank sees fit.
Fifth:
Prize Replacement or Transfer:
1. The winner has no right to request a
replacement of the prize with another prize or cash amount.
2. The customer does not reserve the
right to substitute the prize or substitute himself / herself as the winner.
3. The image displayed of the prizes in
the campaign advertisement does not necessarily reflect their actual color or
specifications.
4. Transaction should be posted to be
considered as eligible spend, transactions that are not posted are not eligible
for the offer.
5. Refunds/ reversal will be excluded
from total spend calculation.
6.
SADAD transaction, cash withdrawal, and digital wallet
transactions are not included in the offer.

International spend definition: Transaction conducted
outside of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in non-SAR currency E.g.

holder: SAR 2,400 is the total international spend. Customer chances will be calculated as 4 chances in the draw.

SAR 2,500 is
the total local spend. Customer chances will be
calculated as 2 chances in the draw.
8. Any fee or charges payable to the
bank will be excluded from total spend calculation.
9. Cards that are blocked or delinquent
at the time of the draw will be excluded from the promotion.
10. This offer cannot be used with any
other promotions or offers.
11. ENBD Employees are excluded from
this campaign.
12. The draw will take place under the
supervision of the chamber of commerce/ designated authorized entity.
13. The winner agrees to participate in
the media activity accompanying the announcement of the prize winners.
14. To achieve transparency and
credibility, the name and Mobile number of the participant will be shared with
the Chamber of Commerce to draw and select the winners.
15. The winners will be announced
immediately after draw.
16. Each Participant is eligible to win
one Prize only.
