2. Scope of Participation and Eligible Beverages

• The campaign includes all Matcha beverages (hot and cold) and Hot Chocolate only.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify or replace the eligible beverages at any time during the campaign without prior notice.
• Participation is open only to individual consumers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3. Participation Mechanism

1. Upon purchasing any eligible beverage, the participant will receive a unique code printed on the drink sleeve.
2. The participant scans the QR code and accesses the dedicated campaign link to register their information and enter the draw.
3. Each code grants one entry only.
4. Prizes include instant digital rewards and grand prizes to be drawn at the end of the campaign.
5. No purchase is required to enter the competition.

4. Prizes and Redemption Process

• Prizes include digital discount cards, partner products, Barn’s app points, and grand prizes such as a Mini car, Louis Vuitton bags, and iPhones.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Winners must present a valid ID when claiming their prize.
• Car winners must hold a valid driver’s license in their own name at the time of claiming the prize.
• For Barn’s app points, the points will be added to the winner’s account within 30 days, and no later than 90 days from the winning date.
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the date of notification; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited without any liability to the organizer.
• Winners are responsible for any licensing, transfer, or shipping fees related to the prize.
• Smart Link Information Technology Co. Ltd (eCopon) is responsible for delivering the prizes on behalf of Barn’s through its authorized electronic system, including contacting winners and coordinating prize delivery.

5. General Conditions

1. The campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
   • Employees of the Chambers of Commerce and their first-degree relatives,
   • Employees of Smart Link Information Technology Co. Ltd (eCopon),
   • Employees of Barn’s Coffee, advertising and marketing agencies,
   • Employees of participating shopping centers and their first-degree relatives.
3. The name entered must match the official ID (National ID or Resident ID).
4. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts including the main one will be disqualified and the participant will be denied any prizes.
5. Any attempt to manipulate participation using VPNs, scripts, or automated tools is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification without prior notice.
6. The organizer is not responsible for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect data entry.
7. The organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of winners or reject any suspicious participation.
8. If the winner’s name or mobile number does not match the registered information, the participant will be disqualified, and a redraw will take place.
9. The organizer reserves the right to photograph winners during prize collection and to use the photos or videos for advertising or media coverage of the campaign.
10. Images of prizes shown in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual prizes.
11. The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or replace the campaign or its prizes with equivalent ones at any time without prior notice, provided that participants are not adversely affected.
12. Participation in the campaign constitutes implicit acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed herein.

• Smart Link Information Technology Co. Ltd (eCopon) is the officially authorized operator responsible for managing and executing the campaign electronically and for delivering prizes through its approved system.
• Barn’s Coffee is the owner and organizer of the campaign, responsible for determining the type and quantity of prizes and overall supervision.
• Apple Inc. is not responsible for this competition or any of its content in any way.
