1. No purchase is required to participate in the competition, and everyone is entitled to participate for free. 2. The competition is subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Second: Prize Details 1. The images used in the campaign advertisements are for illustrative purposes only and do not necessarily reflect the actual appearance or specifications of the prize.
Third: Winner’s Obligations 1. The winner must obtain all necessary permits to enter the country associated with the prize, as stated on the campaign website. 2. The winner authorizes the organizing company to publish photos and videos of the prize handover on its official platforms or those of its representatives, without objection or any claim for monetary compensation. 3. If the winner is a female, she may authorize another person to receive the prize and be photographed on her behalf, under the same publication terms. 4. The winner must sign the prize receipt form to be submitted later to the Chamber of Commerce. 5. If the prize involves travel outside the Kingdom, the winner must provide a copy of the passport containing a valid entry visa to one of the European countries or the United States of America. 6. The winner must obtain the travel visa within seven (7) days from the date of winning notification. Failure to obtain the visa within this period will result in the cancellation of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner. 7. Each participant is allowed to submit only one entry, according to the organizer’s rules.
Fourth: Re-Draw ConditionsThe Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to redraw a winner in the following cases: 1. Failure of the winner to respond to the organizer or Chamber staff. 2. Discrepancy between the winner’s registered data and official data. 3. The winner is not eligible for the prize according to the approved terms. 4. Violation of consumer protection rules by the winner. 5. If the winner’s mobile number is disconnected or inactive, the winner is excluded from the competition immediately.
Fifth: Prize Exchange or Transfer 1. The winner may not request to exchange the prize for another prize or cash. 2. If the winner does not wish to receive the prize, they may not transfer it to another person or authorize the organizer except through an official waiver form issued by the organizer. 3. All procedures and responses must be completed within the specified legal period. 4. The promotional images are not an accurate reference for the prize’s specifications regarding shape, color, or size.
Sixth: Official Communication Channels 1. WhatsApp, text messages, and email are considered official communication channels and are relied upon as legal references to resolve any disputes or misunderstandings.
Seventh: Participant DisqualificationEntries will be automatically disqualified in any of the following cases: 1. Failure to fill out all required data or entering incorrect data. 2. Writing the name incorrectly (such as containing symbols or numbers, or writing the first name in one language and the last name in another). 3. Entering a mobile number that does not start with “0” or “966”, or does not start with “5”. 4. Entering an invalid or inactive email address. 5. Failure to accurately write the username on the social media platform. 6. Submitting incomplete entries or entries that do not meet the required conditions. 7. Using more than one mobile number or email address by the same participant. 8. Repeating the mobile number or email for different participants even if they belong to the same family. 9. If the mobile number is disconnected or inactive, the entry will be disqualified immediately without notifying the participant.
الشروط والأحكام (eCopon):
01 - لا يشترط الشراء للدخول في المسابقة.
02 - تخضع شروط المسابقة للقوانين والأنظمة الجارية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
03 - لا يحق لموظفي الغرف التجارية وعائلاتهم من الدرجة الأولى المشاركة في المسابقات.
04 - لا يحق لموظفي الشركة المشغلة للنظام وعائلاتهم من الدرجة الأولى المشاركة في المسابقات.
05 - لا يحق لموظفي وكالة الإعلان والدعاية وعائلاتهم من الدرجة الأولى المشاركة في المسابقات.
06 - لا يحق لموظفي الشركة صاحبة المسابقة وعائلاتهم من الدرجة الأولى المشاركة في المسابقة الخاصة بها.
07 - لا يحق لموظفي المراكز التجارية المشاركة وعائلاتهم من الدرجة الأولى المشاركة في المسابقة الخاصة بها.
08 - يجب ان يكون الاسم مطابق للهوية النظامية المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
09 - في حال تبين وجود أكثر من حساب لشخص واحد فسوف يتم إلغاء جميع الحسابات بلا استثناء بما فيها الحساب الرئيسي وذلك لبيان تحايله على الأنظمة و سيحرم من جميع الجوائز التي ربحها تحت هذه الحسابات.
10 - للمقيمين في المملكة العربية السعودية كتابة الاسم بالكامل باللغة العربية كما هو موجود في الهوية النظامية (الهوية الوطنية، هوية مقيم).
11 - يجب على جميع الفائزين ان تكون الهوية سارية المفعول عند استلام الجائزة.
12 - تغيير بيانات حساب قام بالمشاركه في مسابقه لم يتم السحب عليها بعد، يحرم صاحبه من الفوز فيها حتى وان فاز.
13 - في حال لم يتطابق اسم الفائز مع الاسم الموجود بالهوية النظامية المعتمدة في المملكة العربية السعودية يتم استبعاده وإعادة السحب مرة أخرى.
14 - في حال لم يتطابق اسم الفائز ورقم الجوال مع البيانات المسجلة في النظام (eCopon) يتم استبعاده وإعادة السحب مرة أخرى.
15 - قراءة (بطاقة استلام جائزة) المنشأة من نظام (eCopon) من قبل الشركة المنظمة للمسابقة يعد اقرارا من قبل الفائز باستلام الجائزة.
16 - يحق لشركة الارتباط الذكي لتقنية المعلومات المحدودة (eCopon) رفع دعوى تحايل على الأشخاص الذين قاموا بتعبئة نموذج الإقرار ببيانات غير صحيحة ولا تطابق الهوية النظامية (الهوية الوطنية، هوية مقيم).
17 - الدخول في المسابقة يعد موافقة ضمنية لشروطها وأحكامها.
18 - شركة الارتباط الذكي لتقنية المعلومات المحدودة (eCopon) هي شركة مشغلة لنظام المسابقات فقط، ليس لها أي صلاحية على نوع أو كمية الجوائز أو تسليمها أو استبدالها وإنما يتم ذلك عن طريق الشركة أو الجهة راعية المسابقة أو المنظمة لها.
19 - شركة الارتباط الذكي لتقنية المعلومات المحدودة (eCopon) هي شركة مشغلة لنظام المسابقات فقط، ليس لها أي علاقة في حال أخل أحد الطرفين باي بند من بنود استلام (الفائز) أو تسليم (المنشأة) الجائزة.
20 - أبل ليست مسئوله عن أي مسابقة من هذه المسابقات والمتواجدة في نظام وتطبيق eCopon، وانه ليس لها اي علاقة باي شكل من الاشكال بهذه المسابقات.
